Monthly Rentals in Farragut

We had a wonderful time staying at Diane’s little apartment. It had everything we needed to celebrate the holidays, even a little Christmas tree! The bed was incredibly comfortable. Parking was super easy, and the location was fantastic! There were cute shops, a great coffee shop, and even an ice cream place right on the block. Diane and Haven were wonderful hosts—so responsive and attentive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

My husband and our son had a wonderful time! They said that everything was clean, the location was great, and it was such a neat house. 5 stars from both of them :) Hopefully, we can join them for their next trip up.

Bill's place was ideally located for us to explore the west Knoxville/Farragut area, where we are considering for a retirement location. The condo had all we needed as a home base from which to explore the area, and was easy to get from there to any place we wanted to explore. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes drive, and we sampled many of them. Very easy to hop on the highway and travel further away also. The condo itself while a basic 2 bedroom older unit has been well cared and well maintained. It is in a quiet neighborhood with other condos/apartments just off the main road nearby, and it had everything we needed to rest well, and have a few meals there while also being out and about. Bill was an amazing host who answered all our questions promptly and provided us a great place to stay. If we need to stay in the area again we will definitely look at Bill's place for availability!
