A lovely cabin, easy to get to town and great access to the aerodrome

Very nice site inland, a little elevated. As soon as we passed the gate, we entered a beautiful garden that was very well laid out and designed for strolling, discovering a large number of local plants and flowers. Many nooks with nice surprises to relax in! (no no I'm not revealing anything...) We fell in love with the pool and the shared outdoor kitchen that allowed us to savor beautiful fish (from the Olhao market) on the placha! The cottage where we stayed was perfect, with all the necessary equipment. Very nice state of mind of the concept offered by the hosts! Wonderful vacation for us. Laurie and Mathieu

We stayed there for 6 nights and are thrilled. The apartment was very clean and everything was thought of. Parking is available right in front of the house and the pool is right next to it. You have your peace here and can relax perfectly after an excursion. Every now and then you get visits from cats, but they are very sweet and obedient. We would definitely come back :)

Stéphane and Pascal's chalet is amazing. Up in the hills, surrounded by wild-flowers, we felt immediately welcomed and relaxed. The pictures barely do justice to how lovely the chalet and surroundings are, and we enjoyed feeling nestled away up the hill from the main house and pool. The chalet is well stocked with everything you need as well as some nice touches like pool robes, picnic baskets and boardgames. The bedroom looks out up the hill from which you can join various walking trails, while below the chalet is the pool area with sun loungers, seating, and a bbq area. Communication was clear throughout (even when I had lost my phone!) and Stéphane gave great restaurant recommendations for Tavira. Mostly though we loved being up in the hills and wouldn't hesitate to go back :)

We were looking for peace and quiet and we found it, away from all hustle and bustle to disconnect, beaches and leisure 20 minutes away by car. Everything is correct in the accommodation, good communication with Lopes, we will repeat a greeting and thank you

This is one of the best locations and Airbnb’s we have stayed in and we travel quite a bit. Monchique itself is full of magic and charm but the chalet in January was spotless, warm and welcoming. There’s blankets everywhere, table to dine outside, game room for family, tangerine and orange trees in the bank, walking path right by the house, nature, ample beds and rooms, places to read, nap, drink coffee or orange juice squeezed from the yard etc. Our family of 4 including 2 kids loved it. They played pool, watched movies, went on a family hike, saw water falls, picked wild flowers, ate extremely well etc. We loved all the restaurant recommendations. Even drive the 25 mins to Portimao and Lagos on another day. We will definitely be back in the summer months. Thank you!

Amazing villa, my friends and I all loved it, the host was extremely responsive and the villa was gorgeous!

This is a fantastic place to stay with a superb hostess! It is quirky, spiritual and offers peace and quiet to those that need tranquility. An ideal retreat with stunning mountain views of Monchique. Off the beaten track and a little tricky to find but easy access to beaches, local town of Luz or Lagos should you need. The perfect place! A huge thank you to Ana who really does go out of her way to help you in whatever you need.
