Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fanano

We had a lovely stay at Giada's, the apartment is very nice and the host was very responsive and answered all our questions with pleasure!

This was a great little stay in Florence that we had! The owner was flexible with the check-in time so that we could drop off our luggage and explore the city…so when we came back, everything was perfectly cleaned and in tip-top shape! It was a little bit noisy at times with the current construction going on outside the building, but it was in a great location that was central to most tourist activities, so that overruled the banging :) Definitely would recommend it!

While our Venice Airbnb was our favorite overall, Eddy’s apartment in Florence was a close second! The location is incredible—just a 5-minute walk from the train station and steps from the Duomo. Eddy greeted us from the upstairs window (such a fun surprise!) and welcomed us with thoughtful treats like rosé, coffee pods, gluten-free chips, and the pear juice that quickly became our travel obsession. 🍐 The space is modern, spotless, and had the most comfortable beds and pillows we experienced in all of Italy. The washer and dryer were a huge perk, and having two sets of keys made exploring with a group so much easier. Do note: there’s no elevator and the entrance opens right onto a lively street, so be prepared to step straight into the Florence buzz. Our first night was a bit noisy due to neighbors in the courtyard, but earplugs did the trick and the rest of the stay was peaceful. A few extra towels would’ve been the cherry on top.

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

We stayed in the apartment for a full month. We felt at home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I would highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; together with the double glazing, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is reinforced, which makes you feel very safe. The location is a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to stay in. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (only 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt, it will be our accommodation in Florence the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Stefano and Pamela are amazing hosts, the house was nicely decorated with a cute garden! We love having breakfast outside! We had an unforgettable trip!

A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

When we arrived, we found that the pool was shared. This should have been clarified before booking. That said, everything else was perfect. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean. Carla was very nice. We had a wonderful time.

Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is large and very good as in the description. The furniture is new and with quality. The water from the hot bathroom. The location is a 20 minute walk from the Duomo and other attractions. Would recommend

We loved Mattia’s apartment! It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed (plus a few things left for us in the fridge which was great). The layout of the apartment was great. My teen daughters had their own area and I had mine. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and Piazza Maggiore. It was a quiet and safe area. We were sad to have to leave!

We had a great visit! Very walkable and quiet at night compared to surrounding area since it’s in a semi-private courtyard. The rooms were nice and common area was a nice place to relax in between sightseeing!

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment and perfect place to stay in Florence! It was so close to the train station, but still walkable to all the sights! Even though it’s a location full of shopping, restaurants, and things to see, it’s very quiet and peaceful once inside. The beds are comfortable, all the linens high-quality, and everything is sparking clean. The washer and dryer were incredible to have! We don’t use the kitchen, but no need with all the amazing restaurants in Florence, but it was nice to have a refrigerator to keep beverages cold, the sink, and glassware during our stay. Barbara was a great host, even sending helpful videos to show us how to work the heat/a.c. and washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence!

The apartment was great. The location was perfect, plenty to do and plenty of great restaurants around.

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
