It is a lovely accommodation. Very clean, it has everything you need. Cody and private. Dedicated parking space. Lovely garden. Alexa music. Overall a 10/10. Mark (host) was very friendly and approachable.

It IS the best view in Newquay, breathtaking no matter the weather! Lovely large living room and kitchen balconies on both sides so you can catch the sun all day long will book again!

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Excellent flat in secure development within 2 minutes walk to the bustle of Falmouth. Svenja and her friend Frejya were really helpful. The flat was quiet, very comfortable and well equipped, with a cream tea on arrival! Unfortunately we couldn’t stay as long as planned due to an illness. Svenja could not have been more helpful and sympathetic in ensuring that we had nothing to worry about regarding leaving the flat. We would definitely like to visit again and stay here.

We- a large multi generational family group - have just had a fantastic week at Trevassack House. The facilities within the property are fantastic and we wanted for nothing, there was plenty of space for us all to congregate OR have quite space. The addition of the hot tub was the icing on the cake 😊 and well worth booking to use while staying there. Matthew and Catherine are fantastic hosts who always answered promptly if we had any questions and were really helpful. I can't recommend Trevassack House highly enough if you're after a peaceful stay in west Cornwall, with plenty of charm and space, in beautiful surroundings ❤️🙏✨

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

TOBY exceeded our expectations - such a stunning and spacious place for the 3 of us. The location was fantastic, away from the crowds, but just 10 minutes walk to the village/beach. Sophie is a fantastic host - super friendly and responsive. The flowers, fridge basics and yummy treats were very much appreciated. St Agnes is a beautiful place to be and TOBY is the perfect base!

My wife and I, two elder kids and a dog had a great time here. The house was exactly as described with all the extras like dishwasher tablets all included, which makes such a difference. Sharon was very responsive and helpful. Lots of info provided including detailed walking maps for the walk to the beach, which was a beautiful stroll. The immediate area itself is like a resort with its own bar and restaurant, which we enjoyed. EV charging on site a real bonus. We’d definitely come back here.

We had a lovely week at ‘The Little House’. The house was clean and tidy, and we couldn’t fault anything. Ben and Jemma were helpful hosts and responded quickly to questions. It was ideal having access to the electric car charger that Ben made available when needed. We would recommend this property to others without hesitation.

Myself and my 4 year old have just got home from a wonderful stay here. It’s a beautiful air bnb! My son didn’t want to leave 🙂 it’s exactly as described and as the photos show. Super clean, homely and has everything you need including some gorgeous toiletries. Elizabeth and Cliff were super responsive to messages and so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we loved it! P.s highly recommend downloading the A1 cars taxi app- we used it each night to get into St Ives, the drivers were lovely, arrived very quickly and saved the stress of trying to find somewhere to park. We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Lovely place to stay, spacious and comfortable living space with lovely kitchen and great location.

A gem of a holiday home in a fantastic location. The flat was pristine and had everything we could ask for, so well appointed. The photos really don't convey how much space there actually is inside. It was spacious and light and we felt at home immediately. The courtyard was soaked in sunshine during the day and it was great for the dog as we could close the gate and let him have freedom. The location was perfect for exploring the north and south coastlines, with great connecting roads - the max time we travelled was 25 minutes (Perranporth) and it was just 20 minutes to get into the very centre of Falmouth. Plenty of dog friendly walks and beaches close by and a good deal of places in Falmouth are dog friendly as well for eating/drinking out. Can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be coming back after my niece starts Uni in September (have already recommended it to her parents for visits!).

This flat was conveniently located, very comfortable, clean and safe. A welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated as well as the washer/dryer combo. As Americans we were a bit challenged with the electric and appliances but that was our issue. All the manuals were supplied and Col a phone call away. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to see more of beautiful Cornwall. Also loved the decor with so many canine references!

The location is close to railway station. Just a short walk I will catch the bus. Rob quickly responds to every message. The place is clean, everything there is in highest standard I never met with other hosts. If I plan to visit Cornwall in future, I have no question to book Rob’s house again.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

Thank you Melanie and Dave for a wonderful week in your apartment. The decor was tasteful and in keeping with the environment. The apartment had all the things you need and more. The welcome pack was a nice addition. Your instructions and guidance on the facilities and area were really useful. We had a fab week and enjoyed a boat trip, pendennis castle, trebah gardens and ate the most amazing fish lunch at Hooked on the Rocks. We wish we could bring the apartments view home with us!
