Villa vacation rentals in Faliraki

We enjoyed our stay at the Rhodes Paradise Villa very much. The villa is very nicely located and you have a view of the sea and the old town. It's less than 15 minutes to Rhodes town. If you feel like partying, Faliraki is 20 minutes away. Overall, the villa looks like the pictures - personal highlight for me: the pool. This is located in the beautiful and well-kept garden. There you can switch off directly. There are also plenty of loungers for everyone, so no one has to do without it. The property is in very good condition and was sparkling clean upon arrival. Parking is also available directly on the premises. As a host, Mikhail was always helpful and easily accessible. He gave us good restaurant recommendations and tips on what else to do when you're in Rhodes. Highlight here too: Michael got us grilled food so we can grill together. Thank you Mikhail!

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. We stayed at Gemini Villa for a week and absolutely loved it! The villa looks very modern and stylish—just like in the photos, if not better. Everything was super clean and well-kept, and the layout made it easy for all of us to relax and feel right at home. Check-in was really easy and smooth. The pool was a definite highlight—we spent so much time there just enjoying the sun and peaceful atmosphere. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to Theologos Beach, which is quiet and beautiful. The hosts were amazing—so kind, helpful, and responsive. It made the whole experience even better knowing we were in such good hands. All of us truly loved our stay and felt sad to leave. Thank you so much for everything! We really hope to come back again one day. 💕

The villa is an absolute dream! We felt incredibly comfortable every second of our (unfortunately much too short) stay. The absolute highlight is the pool, which looks like the pictures! Marietta and Yiannis were incredibly accommodating. Yiannis showed us around and was always available for questions. He even told us when the wind conditions are such that we can take a boat trip. Supermarket, (stone) beach and restaurants are within walking distance. By taxi, you can reach Rhodes City in 10 minutes (€15 for 1-4 people). A taxi to the airport costs €20 for 1-4 people. If you stay longer and want to explore the island, you can think about a rental car. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation. Anyone who books here is not making a mistake!

We have just had a very peaceful and relaxing week at Una Villa, it’s a beautiful villa in a lovely and quiet spot. It’s very close to Rhodes Old Town which is stunning (10min drive). The house has four large bedrooms and a massive living room which we all fell in love with. The pool area is spotless, lots of choice for where to sit and relax and it’s not over looked so has a really lovely private feel to it. We took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen area having several bbqs. It’s exactly how it looks in the photos. The villa is not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants so definitely need a car, there are several bakeries and supermarkets a few min drive away. We loved how quiet it was. Angelos was so helpful, always replying very quickly to any questions and we met his dad aswell who gave us some home grown fruit. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing break. Wi-Fi was fine aswell - saw some reviews that said a few issues but we had no problems.

Kostas and Diana are the best hosts !!! They welcome us with big smile and gave us many local tips which was very helpful 😊 Everyday they checked if we need something and they were super nice . The villa was big , the kitchen was well equipment and very clean . Outside there is pool and great sitting area. The location of the villa is good , very close to the sea and a few min drive from Lindos. There are many nearby supermarkets. Thank you for a wonderful time 👌🏻

Our stay at the Medieval Villa was fantastic! Lots of space for everyone and incredibly beautiful house. We enjoyed a dinner in the Medieval dining room as well as a Jacuzzi on the rooftop, best of both worlds! The kitchen was very well appointed with a coffee machine, and the host left us some beers and soft drinks. Staying in the old town was a magical experience to walk around the uncrowded medieval streets early in the morning and after dinner at night. The host was very responsive and provided an airport pick up. Would strongly recommend, we only wished we had stayed longer!

An unforgettable stay in a brand new villa – absolutely perfect! We’re a couple with three kids (ages 16, 14, and 11), and this was hands down the best holiday we’ve ever had. The villa is beautiful, modern, and truly brand new. The design is stunning – everything feels fresh and well thought out. The kitchen, in particular, is fantastic – fully equipped and a real pleasure to use. The kids loved the pool and the amazing views – it really felt like paradise. But what made it even more special were the hosts. They are such a lovely couple – welcoming, helpful, and always available if you need anything. There’s everything you could possibly need in the villa, and if not, just ask and they’ll help right away. The host also runs a cool sports bar nearby where you can catch a football match and have a drink. The location is great – peaceful but also well-connected to everything. What a wonderful house and even greater hosts! We stayed for a week and could not have picked a better Airbnb. We had great communication with Yiannis prior our arrival and during our stay. Yiannis met us at the villa and showed us around and he also shared local recommendations. The house was super clean and really had anything you would need for your stay. The pool, outdoor garden as well as all terraces were amazing! If you rent cars, you can easily park next to the house. We can highly recommend the villa, thanks a lot to both Chrysa and Yiannis.

Gorgeous villa. So much space, and facilities. Panos a great and very responsive host. Beds were far too firm for our liking. Also the running water was temperamental (due to local hotel requirements) Great location. Would visit again!!

We were a group of 13 and had plenty of room for everyone. The pool is altough not too big, was enough to enjoy. Athina's villa had everything we needed. You definitely need a car to get to the place. The location is a good starting spot to explore the island, as you are not too far away from most of the beaches. Athina herself is very kind and responsive. Overall we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

The house was beautiful, the pool is as in the photo. There was a treat in the closet, and a bottle of wine was included in the price. The house was clean but the upstairs was a bit warm . The only problem was that there were very bad roads, but the car was going, there was no need for a donkey. Rent a crappy car from car rental companies, the roads are broken, you don't have a bad headache . The host was a good person, we loved it . The recommendation restaurants on the card in the house are expensive, don't go, we ate the cheaper one. There were towels but hair upstairs No drying, just so you know. There is a barbecue, there is no charcoal, but the barbecue is not eaten in the heat, so don't worry . There is a dog across the house, he barks a little, but no problem, so the person feels safe. It was beautiful! Thank you very much for the wonderful time! We as a family enjoyed a lot! The house is beautiful; the pool huge and clean; each bedroom has its own bathroom, which allows you to maintain privacy beautifully; the garden is wonderfully maintained; the house is very cozily furnished, you feel right at home; the cleaners were very used; all are very helpful; the view from every room and from the terrace is breathtaking - in short, we had a perfect holiday!

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

It was great. I recommend this Villa to all of you, who dont want to go to hotel and have their private pool and house. It was clean, new and just beautiful. Thank you very much Elias, we had a great holiday.

Martin and Zuzana were super attentive. Always responding quickly to our questions and happy to help. They even apologised for a couple of things that were missing in the house but the house was perfect. For sure, the price was amazing for 4 rooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool and barbecue. We certainly enjoyed a lot our time in the house and will for sure repeat if I ever go back to Rhodes!

How lucky we were to stay at this beautiful villa in Kolymbia. A gorgeous setting right in the centre of Kolymbia which allows easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops but at the same time being able to escape to the oasis and peace that the villa provides. The accommodation and living spaces were perfect for our group; the pool and garden space is beautiful. Great position allowing access to Lindos and all the beaches of Rhodes. The host was very helpful and arranged an amazing boat trip for us. I can’t recommend enough !

We came for a girls’ trip to celebrate my friend’s upcoming wedding, and this villa was absolutely perfect! It exceeded our expectations the place was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The pool area was a dream, we spent hours relaxing there and truly felt like we were on vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook, eat, and hang out comfortably. Savvas was an amazing host, super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. We had an unforgettable stay and would absolutely love to come back. Already looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful villa. Highly recommend!

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.
