Monthly Rentals in Falcognana

Our stay was very good, we got picked up at the airport which is about 7min away from the apartment. The place was really nice, only a bit cold floors at December, so might have warmer socks or slippers with you :) overall- really nice owners, value for the price, great location. Definitely suggest!

This is a great place to stay, and Carla is an amazing host. She has great recommendations and is always very responsive. We had everything we needed: a kitchen, bathroom, high speed internet, washing machine, rack for drying clothes. Carla did everything she could do to make the place feel like home. We stayed for around 1 month, it worked well for us. Good location: the station is 2 mins walk, with a 20 min train to Rome but the last train is at 9:21pm. We did have some bad experiences that were not Carla’s fault. The internet went out in our area, and as working professionals, this impacted us significantly (but Carla reimbursed us). One week, our neighbours did construction in their apartment, including breaking walls. This was very loud and prevented us from sleeping well. The diagonal building neighbour locks their barking dog outside for many hours, which was bad for light sleepers like us. Besides that, it was perfect! Carla did everything a good host can.

The facilities are very good, and the interior is up-to-date and sensual and cool. When there was an inconvenience, the host immediately took care of the work quickly. I happened to meet the host at check-in, and I was so moved that the host helped me carry my heavy luggage. It takes 14 to 20 minutes straight from Termini Station without transferring to a train, and it takes 10 minutes on foot from the station to the accommodation. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. Thank you for your careful consideration and care. See you again next time. ♡

Angela was the perfect host, very attentive, very friendly and very nice, she generates a lot of trust, it could not be better! 💓💓 The apartment was beautiful, just like in the photos, the smell when entering the building was very good and on the floor as well. Everything was shiny and attention to detail, we went on Halloween and he decorated the house by surprise and left us chucherías. 🫶🏼🫶🏼 I am very grateful because for very little price we felt at home and we were able to enjoy Italy. I don't know if Angela was a host or a friend in Italy, thank you very much for everything, I will be delighted to return💘💘
