Great place and very clean with a good space

The apartment is just great. Mohammed is a responsive host. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you might need. It is spotless clean and the building is quiet and safe. The only downside is the water pressure which is not so good. Absolutely worth it.

Where to even begin with this absolute hidden gem… 🌟 The cottage was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The attention to detail was amazing, with great books, picnic equipment and even a folder with local food and excursion recommendations. It is a 30 second walk from the beautiful Qantab beach. Our Host, Regula, was incredibly warm and friendly, very responsive and happy to help at all times 💓 The best Host and the best location you could ask for !! We hope to be back🏝️

Mazin's place was such a great find in Muscat and he was such a kind and helpful host. Before arrival he contacted me and sent me local recommendations and also sent very detailed videos explaining how to get from the road to the airbnb (you will need to follow the instructions but it's easy) and showed me where to park. Place had everything I needed, small kitchen with a hotplate and sink and very nice and new kitchen supplies like pots and pans. Very clean linens in bedroom, bathroom works well, just remember to switched on the water heater 30 min before you want to use it. Washing machine if you need it which I did not end up using. In addition to the recommendations, Mazin really went out of his way for me. He left water and snacks in the apartment and actually met me and drove me to a beautiful beach in Al Bustan on my first day in Muscat! Very quiet and authentic neighborhood with not many tourists, some coffee shops and groceries. Amazing find in Muscat, stay here if you visit!
