Apartment vacation rentals in Fajardo

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

This was the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful stay, beautiful condo with wonderful ocean views.

bren and Toby were the kindest and warm hosts. there apartment was clean lovely and close to all sorts of resturants and just a short walk to the beach. we had an amazing time.

Not only the accesibility of the sju airport and all the stores and commercial area. This is my number 1 experience iin very clean airbnb comparing with my travel experience. Puerto rico being an island you can suffer insecfs and even mosquito. Hector had the site spotless that i even seen an ant. Is unbelievable. Thanks hector because people like you makes believe that not all.the airbnb are worthless. I definitely will recommend your place!!!@

A gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood that’s right around the corner from restaurants and only 10 minutes from the beach!! The lock box added an extra sense of security, and the people were friendly always willing to offer a smile and an “hola”. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!!

Perfect stay for our last night in Puerto Rico. Gladys keeps her place very clean! The beverages in the frig was a pleasant surprise! We felt right at home.

Jorge was very proactive with communication. I felt very well informed regarding his AirBnB and the area.

This air bnb and my stay was absolutely perfect. The location is safe and within walking distance to many bars/restaurants and carolinas beach (within 5 minutes). As a host- Bryan is extremely helpful and responsive. ANY questions or concerns just message him and he will do everything he can to help! He helped me out during a city wide power outage and made everything 100% better. Would stay at his place over and over again! Thank you Bryan for making my first solo trip to Puerto rico amazing!

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Perfect size for 2, though we didn't try out the sofa bed. There were pots and pans, a coffee maker, hair dryer, and beach towels made available. The 1 minute walk to a 24/7 Walgreens made getting essentials easy (including groceries had we needed them). You are a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs easily for $20. Good food nearby as well. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as it can be a busy intersection but we felt it was well worth it. Jose is very responsive and will help you with last minute issues. Cozy and peaceful!! If you are staying in Fajardo, this is the place to lay your head! Very cozy, quite comfortable for 2 people! Minutes away from Las Croabas and everything near by. You will not regret.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

I was extremely pleased and happy with my stay at Jose’s Airbnb. It was a very quaint, quiet and peaceful place. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jose was very hospitable, easy to communicate with and friendly. It felt like a home away from home and I already miss it! My husband I are looking forward to going back! Gracias Jose por todo!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

My first time in PR and Alex and fellow host made it an amazing experience!!!! Most definitely coming back and I also highly recommend it to whoever is coming to the island PR. True to the photos you see and quick at responding to messages. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Isla verde was my favorite beach to visit. About an 11 minute drive . uber prices ranged from 11$-21$ depending on whether it was surging. I would “cheat” the system by walking to pueblos supermarket for pick up it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach and that would shave off a couple dollars from total. It also gives you some time to dry off. If your looking for fast food you can walk about 15 minutes, its a straight shot from airbnb and you’ll find a Popeyes, Church’s Chicken , Mexican ,pizza, china food there’s also a grocery store and Walgreens it’s like a little plaza situation it was awesome and convenient. Honestly you are so close to everything including old San Juan but you can’t necessarily walk anywhere bc of the highway you have to take an Uber or you can take the bus . I actually took the bus to the art museum it was a ten minute walk to catch bus and 75 cents . The bus also drops you off at airport ! A/c works like a dream . Just me nd dog I felt safe! Book!

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

My girlfriend and I were visiting here from Chicago. And we really enjoyed ourselves Everything was clean and cozy just as advertised. Perfect place for a solo trip or a 2 person get away! Beautiful beach only 5 minute walk away from the house. On our last day, we experienced the (island wide) power outage which affected thousands of peoples homes. But Karim (our host) was so helpful in keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind as they worked to restore power. Our host was also very responsive and provided plenty of information and photos for us to navigate the gates and entries. With clear instructions and rules I would 100% recommend this space and looking forward to being a repeat costumer!

Amy’s place was quaint and cozy— perfect for two people for a few days! It was clean and accessible to everything via uber or rental car. There are some restaurants at a walkable distance, too. We especially loved the outdoor space, cooler and beach towels.
