This place is cute and quaint with a spectacular million dollar view! A 10/10!

This was an ideal spot for our visit to San Juan. It was right on the beach which made it easy to walk out with some chairs for a few hours whenever we wanted. The patio looking out on the beach was an amazing place to drink your morning coffee, the proximity to Calle Loiza and Condado made it easy to walk to a lot of great restaurants, and Old San Juan was a short Uber ride away. It was also very comfortable to just hang out inside - the AC worked well and the internet was super fast.

Fantastic! -- Incredible! -- A great place just as described, incredible location right on an amazing beach, pristine and clean, easy, relaxing, and superb and prompt communications from the hosts! --- We've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one is one of the very best! --- We cannot say enough good things about the space, the location, the communications, and the value. Wonderful host and beautiful ocean front view from the bed very large pool with direct beach access and nice beachfront basketball court the complex is in a gated community so we felt very safe.

Excelente lugar , a 12 minutos ride to the ferry , 10 minutes to las croabas. Quiet place to rest . Washer and dryer for convenience of people traveling. I enjoy the place .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was comfortable and convenient and felt like home on vacation.

This place is an ideal location. The beaches are close and the Luquillo kiosks can be walked to from the AirBnb. The area is quiet. The people are friendly in the area. The AirBnb was clean. The host answered any of our questions very quickly. It is a 3rd-floor walk-up, but it didn't bother me. The area made me feel safe. When I come back to Luquillo, I hope this place is available.

I have been staying at Isla Verde Beach for years for long weekends and as a central area when visiting the island. ESJ towers, even tough doesn't have a functional pool area at this time, is still an awesome spot. They now have the lobby bar re-opened and a Cafe in the lobby so awesome if you do not feel like making coffee. You can walk to several restaurants and hotels and the beach is your backyard. Having beach chairs and a cooler available for use as a guest is a plus. Also some kitchen staples like salt, sugar, oil spray. The linen and towels smell awesome. And Juan was gracious and let us check in a couple of hours early and let us stay an extra hour since our flight was later in the day. The view from the balcony is a treasure and one day more beautiful than the next. The beach gets crowded on the weekends, but we always found a spot and without any issues enjoyed the day.

Very nice place to stay. Literally a block from the beach. The AC worked very quickly and opening the windows was also an option. Outside they had a lot of spaces to hang things which was great because we were swimming almost every day and needed to dry towels and swim suits quickly. The parking could be tight at times but it was excellent to have and there’s a ton of great places to eat within walking distance. The bathroom window does seem to be stuck open but it kept some fresh air in the place.

Hector’s accommodations were a wonderful place to stay! We stayed there the night before heading to El Yunque rainforest. The location was great - beautiful views, plenty of great places to get breakfast before heading out, and only a short drive to El Yunque. Hector was very helpful and accommodating for our family.

Tom was responsive, kind, and very friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions. We stayed for several days and had an incredible time. And the view from the porch is absolutely gorgeous!

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

The Happy Yellow Beach House had every amenity a vacationer could want, from 2 fully stocked kitchens to all the beach gear and our favorites, a beautiful saltwater pool and bubbling hot tub. It was the perfect paradise for our family of 6. Our kids were content to just hang out at the house the whole stay. The beach behind the house was a great natural setting to explore (one should note it is covered in sea grass) and when we wanted to swim and play in the waves we just walked down the beach a way to clearer spot. Overall, a great place for us to relax together!

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

We had such a wonderful stay. It was a little tricky to find, especially at 230am, but Isaac was very helpful. The best surprise was the beach. If you love secluded beaches then you will fall in love. It is pretty much across the street. It was very cool to check out the old water park. Made for some pretty cool pictures. Cute backyard, complete with some rogue pomegranates. Friendly neighbor dogs and a pond to walk around. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry’s condo. Everything was as pictured. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Harry was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

It was terrific. We were right on the beach (2nd floor) and the apt is great. The beach is very popular, esp on weekends, so it would not be ideal if you are looking for a super quiet neighborhood. It didn't bother us though (and we are not partiers). It is very well secured. The air conditioning worked well although between the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze, we rarely used it. George was very helpful any time we needed anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcos condo. We had everything we needed and he supplied plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. You can’t beat the location and being steps from the beach. Watching the waves from the balcony was a treat. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!

My best friend and I had an amazing stay in condado! Hosts were very responsive and made sure we were warm welcomed to a clean room! Would definitely stay again! Perfect location

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.
