Monthly Rentals in Fairview

I can’t say enough good things about Rebecca and Tony’s place. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. It is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The apartment is extremely clean, very cozy and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and was so nice to sleep in after a very long day of driving. We only stayed one night but we are already planning on coming back again for a longer stay the next time we are in the Nashville area. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Rebecca went out of her way to make us feel welcome by leaving us Tennessee-made treats, a snack basket and bottled water in the fridge as well as a fully stocked coffee station. Easily one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you again Rebecca and Tony!

This place is awesome. My only wish was we had more time here. In town for a HS baseball tournament and the team was staying at a house near by. Late check in early check out. Its rustic, but clean and has everytrhing you need. Cool decorations, and some neat history and quotes on the walls. Shower and bathroom were great, kitchen has what you need, including a little coffee bar. Stuart suggested returning with some more time to just sit on the front porch and listen. Thats great advice. I really hope to do that soon. If you are traveling to Nashville or surrounding areas that are busy, do yourself a favor and plan a few nights here and relax a little.

Beautiful cabin! Even better than the pictures (and the pictures are great). Very spacious, very clean. The beds were super comfortable, we all slept great. Living room was very cozy, kitchen was open and easy to cook in, bathroom was spotless and had lots of supplies. The cabin is right on a main road, so easy to get in and out of. And I was so thankful my dog could be with me. Would’ve been perfect if the yard was completely fenced in, but that’s no big deal. Great place, great price. Definitely would come back!

We loved Hummingbird Haven. Yes it is rustic but it is also very charming and neatly maintained. It rained a lot while we were there with some strong storms but it was cozy dry inside, the birds sang and the creeks flowed with water making a beautiful sound. W loved watching the storm from the front porch. The place was also well appointed with everything we needed. Very thoughtfully appointed Was just a short drive from where we wanted to be. Restaurants in Bellevue, music in Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin. Would definitely stay again.
