Joe’s place in Fairview was such a gem! It had the perfect blend of modern and homey super cute, peaceful, and just what I needed to relax and get some work done. The atmosphere made it easy to focus while still feeling cozy and at ease. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Carlos's place. The studio was tidy when I arrived and had everything I needed. Carlos is a attentive and super responsive host when we write to him. The studio is well located, and transportation is only a short walk away.

The apartment is very nice and fully equipped. Very large for 4 people with the three bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable. A little few towel hooks to hang wet towels. Residential area is quiet but just 30-60 min bus ride each way, depending on which bus you get. Each trip is $3.30 each way if you buy a 10-trip ticket. Anyone who can live with that is very well served with Joe's apartment. I can recommend the property.
