Monthly Rentals in Fairport Harbor

My husband and I came for a one night get away in the dead of winter. We chose this location because it had plenty to do without going any where. The pool table and hot tub were great. We arrived and never left the house. The house was clean and spacious, has plenty of amenities, and the host was friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit. We would look forward to coming back when its warm to enjoy the view of the marina and the town of Fairport Harbor. We might even schedule a stay next winter just to get away. Great location. Very close to the water. Very affordable rates. There are some businesses close by that add some outside noise, but we expected that being right in town.

The cottage is as described, behind a main house, small, clean and good use of space. Fairport Harbor is a charming village with an outstanding lighthouse museum and beach area.Nice and walkable with a destination ice creamery- not to be missed!There is ongoing construction across the street as mentioned in other reviews, but the noise is not distracting. Overall a good value for your $$. Would recommend and stay again.

1000 words is not enough to describe Brian’s place. Went there to relax and recharge. That I did. Soon as I walked through the door I was like oh yeah this is IT. The place is just, what can I say….SEXY. It smelt good it felt good, comfortable and that’s just as u walk in. You feel at home Windows all around you for perfect views of sunrises and sunsets, I saw both and also the patio round back. From the big ass bed(comfortable) and all its pillows down to the light switches, you just gotta see this place…worth every penny And if you get a chance to meet Brian, he’s a real cool dude!! He really made sure I had everything I needed… Thanks B I’ll holla back in the summer or fall, hell…. maybe both
