Condo vacation rentals in Fairfield Bay

Absolutely the BEST place we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, everything we needed to have an amazing trip. It’s very well kept and so clean and cute!!! May your guests treat this amazing home as well as you do because it truly felt like being in a relaxing home and not at all like a temporary stay. The hosts were very communicative and we felt like we knew exactly what to do and where to go even before we got there! This is going on the favorites list and we’ll be back again just to stay at the condo again.

Rhonda’s place always exceeds expectations! We have stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with everything. It is such a quiet area and Rhonda’s place is our go to when we’re in the area!

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

This was a cozy condo. The private balcony was perfect. The kitchen had some items that came handy preping meals for the earning. And the surrounding felt like a hidden treasure. This is a very underrated area.just literally loved this place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Treetop Condo. It was beautiful decorated and so comfortable! Melanie and John were very welcoming and attentive. They made us feel like we were their only guests. They thought of everything you might need during your stay here, or may have forgotten to bring. The half dozen eggs they provide from their chickens were absolutely delicious. The area is just beautiful, remote but plenty of activities to enjoy. We visited the Blanchard Springs Caverns, about 45 mins north of here, and they were spectacular. My husband was hesitant but was really impressed. The people in the area are very friendly. My husband got a haircut from Cherokee Charlie in Shirley and we had great conversations with him and the other locals in the barber shop. Overall was a wonderful, relaxing trip which is exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

this was such a great place, beautiful and clean. very good recommendations to restraunts and things to do. only thing was upstairs person was super loud and stomped constantly couldn't sleep great cause the noise he kept up! but still you can't help that. you were a great host, loved the string lights outside on porch it was so cozy definitely can't wait to come back!!
