The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

Beautiful place to explore North Cat Island. We especially loved the stunning views from everywhere in the house, it was well stocked, great air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the outdoor private shower was incredible. We met wonderful neighbors and everyone on the island was so nice and helpful. Could not recommend this location and island enough. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven!

Charlene and Pedro’s home “ Bonefish Flat was perfect of everything we needed on our vacation. The location right on the water was absolutely breathtaking. It is worth noting that the roads to the home are very beat up and would strongly recommend an SUV or Jeep to access it. We did have a car and a were able to find a way without any damage , but just wanted to pass that on. The location is only about 8 minutes to Georgetown which was perfect for grocery shopping .I would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you again Charlene and Pedro !! Your house was wonderful!! We are very thankful for the breakfast items provided also!! Cheers!!

Anthony's place was as described with a beautiful lookout. We spent so much time outside just chilling. Stunning sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen was well stocked, and we found it easy to find the place. You can Google the name of the airbnb :) Recommend hiring a boat for the day, and you will need a rental car.

You can’t expect a better host. He is very nice, welcoming and always do the better for his guests !! The location is perfect. Don’t hesitate to book there

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

We had a great week fishing for bonefish. Nicky and Kelly were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend. Hope to stay there again next time we are in Exuma.

What a beautiful place.

First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. I recommend Fina’s place. Thank you for everything. Jana, André, Maya and Ayla.

This was overall a great place to stay! We stayed one night. Pros: Amazing beach that you basically have to yourself! Friendly staff and hosts Close to a few restaurants Felt safe Make sure you have a breakfast sandwich at Kermit’s lounge at the airport- DELICIOUS! Ester was our taxi to and from and she was wonderful Cons: Beds were hard Only a few outlets worked We read in the reviews that you could rent kayaks for $20 and the ride from airport was $40, but we were charged $45 for the ride and quoted $50 to rent a kayak. - it would be great if the hosts would advertise what the prices of those amenities are in their airbnb page The restaurants were close, but there wasn’t a huge variety on the menu- we made due of course, but just more of an fyi

Literally just left Las Breezes Villa. At the airport now, writing this review. Peter was a gracious host giving my family (which arrived earlier than myself) a full walkthrough of the villa and making them feel at home. We were a family of eight that thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. My mom had her own room. And my niece was overjoyed to have her own space (the sunroom in the master). The kitchen was huge with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. There were more than enough quality linens (towels - bathroom and beach, sheets, etc.). Plenty of seating to enjoy hanging out as a family. The rooms are much cooler (A/C units) than open air spaces (oscillating fans). The wrap around deck was large where you could enjoy picturesque views of both sunrise and sunset. The location is super private and peaceful. You will definitely feel safe. We have no reason not to return for another stay.

I liked the welcome, very friendly people. Margaret made me a nice lunch. The place is perfect for swimming,kayaking available on site,and there is a small coral reef right in front for those who love snorkelling. There's a bar and restaurant on site, and other restaurants nearby. For the price it was perfect for me

Place was in a good remote locations with easy access to the road and everything is less than an hour drive away. Rental car is a must have and it served well during the 5 day stay. Would highly recommend the early checkin and late checkout. On the top of all this the ride to and from the airport was excellent service. Five stars on every aspect.

My family and I (4 adults, 1 child) stayed at Gota Villas for 9 nights in April 2025. The house has everything you need (life jackets, grill, beach towels, shared kayaks/paddleboards, small, private beach, outdoor warm weather bed facing the ocean). The layout of the home is ideal if you have two families (or four) because each gets their own ‘side’ of the home with the common kitchen and living room. Perfect view of the ocean from each room in the front of the house. The hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend. We loved it!

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!
