Beach house vacation rentals in Exuma

The Villa is as magnificent as the pictures show it to be. I think what really stood out for me, is the host Michael; AirBnb should have a platinum or 5 diamond category for hosts, and he should be designated as such. He was exceptionally quick with responses, regardless of time of inquiry. His suggestions and guidance, with everything from car and boat / watercraft rentals, to restaurants, and things to do was spot on and much appreciated by this vacationer.; Michael was super thorough and on point; it was like having a great friend as your concierge. Thank you again for a wonderful stay

We stayed at Da Beach Cartell in December of 2024 with a group of 5 adults and 6 children. Getting to the house was easy from the airport. Once at the property we were amazed by the natural beauty of the location and by the house exactly as described. There was plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the beach area, kayaks, paddle board, and just lounging on the wrap around porch. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies a large group needs. Eating dinner on the porch in the evening was relaxing and beautiful. The host Beth provided lots of recommendations for tours around the exuma. We did almost every activity listed in her instructions. We were not disappointed in the slightest. We are extremely pleased with our host and the home she provided. We would highly recommend this stay to all. Looking forward to another visit in the near future. All the reviews are spot on… 5 star experience! The house is lovely and the views are stunning. Tami and Seron were so helpful and we were fortunately able to meet Gail as well. Couldn’t have asked for better white glove treatment. Very responsive on inquiries and we were escorted in and were shown around. Seron offered trash pickup and replacement towels, but we didn’t need them. The house has all you need for the basics. We recommend Smitty’s for groceries. It was our fav and seemed to have a bit better prices. As for the road from Queens to get to the house (12-15 min) we got to experience a major renovation while we were there. While it was difficult to navigate the construction, we can safely say it is hugely improved as of Dec 2024. The potholes are down by about 60+%. I still recommend an SUV in general for the island and the back road. It’s worth the extra, 100%! Highly recommend a kayak ride, chat n chill (use A1 Taxi for sure), Splash bar, and bug spray. We will be back!!

Evan was a terririfc host and the house was even better than the pictures showed. A lovely outdoor furniture set, a brand new BBQ with full propane, and just very comfortable and lovely. All together a perfect host and perfect stay. We will absolutely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough.

It’s a beautiful house and location right on the beach with a small beach cafe within walking distance.

We stayed in mid-November 2024 and it was a slice of paradise that we never wanted to leave. Nothing better than waking up and sitting on your own beach with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over bright blue waters. The house was clean and easy to get in/out, plus Ghandi was awesome if we had any questions or requests. All recommendations were solid - we even had a private chef visit to make dinner and also got massages while listening to the waves! 10/10, will definitely be booking again!!

Another fabulous stay at Shangri La. Beyond gorgeous beach!! Cat Island is where I go for great DIY bonefishing and to enjoy the welcoming and low key pace of the island.

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though there are houses nearby, it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves! Horace was very responsive to a couple of issues that came up, and resolved them quickly. The house was comfortable and had most everything that we needed to cook and relax. We ended up booking a full day excursion with Sugar and it was amazing! Highly recommend! Overall, we definitely enjoyed our visit!

We can’t say enough how perfect Sea Breeze was for us. So spacious and well appointed, pool and beach for varied water experiences, beautiful comfortable furniture and beds, so many spaces to relax together, shady comfortable front verandahs with views of the ocean/sunrise/sunset where you could always find a breeze, beautiful back pool deck for sunning, pool/ping pong table for inside fun, excellent AC, supplied all our needs (unlimited towels, shopping bags, coolers, blankets, pillows, spices, cutlery and dishes, ice premade and tonnes of trays, direct tv, dvds, cds, books, board games, bottled water provided, some food supplies to get you by in emergency), Brea’s bar and grill is a two minute walk away for tasty food and delicious drinks, Santana’s restaurant is a 5 min. drive away, and the location is so private, but 50m from one of the best beaches on the island. The road from the highway to the house is CRAZY bumpy but just go slow and it’s fine! Caretaker is great! Stay Here!

One of our best Air BNB experiences to date. We flew our own airplane to Exuma and so we expected to do without or to have to buy stuff that we didn’t have room for when we arrived. Turns out the house was stocked and prepared for folks just like us. We needed beach equipment…it was there. We needed bottled water…it was there. We needed beach towels…it was there. The host was also very attentive and responsive to the many questions that we had on our adventure. This was great because the trip already presented us with a lot of challenges and risk and the living arrangements was one thing I didn’t have to worry about. The home is beautiful and furnished well. The living to room and kitchen are on the top floor with plenty of windows and light. It all felt luxurious, comfortable, and novel to a small family from Indiana flying around places in our airplane. Thanks!

Updated, clean, and perfectly located. Everything was as advertised and worked perfectly, and Victoria responded within minutes to all of our inquiries. I would definitely rent this house again!!

My wife and I stayed at Queen of Harts villa in December 2024 for over a week. The location is outstanding for scenic vistas and white sand walks. The owner was responsive and friendly. The villa was clean and neat, and very roomy. The master bedroom bed was wonderful and the rooms and bathrooms comfortable and large. The seating on the wrap around balcony provided a great vantage point to all day scenic views of islands and aqua blue water. The porch overlooks your private beach (only saw four other people for a week). The private beach has soft sand and an easy entrance into the water. The house manager, Louise, was an outstanding host who connected us to the Rolleville community. The level of customer service provided by Louise and the owners was incredible. They made us feel special during our visit. A 5 minute walk along a quiet road, Exuma Point Beach sandbar is exceptional; at low tide walk nearly a mile across soft sand / ankle-deep water to spot starfish, shells, etc.

Brand new house. The outside area is under construction. It's gonna be sweet when finished. The house was a great place to come home to. Great living and kitchen space to hang out in with your buds. Really Comfy bedrooms, and quiet. Quiet little spot up the hill away from everything and very private. 9 minutes to town and a little grocery store at the beginning of the gravel road. The owners were great to work with. Robert came by to show us how to use the remote and make sure we were all good. We rented a minivan from him also. Thank you for a great week!

The house comes well equipped with everything imaginable you may need in paradise. Natalie was always very quick to respond to all of our messages. She was so great at recommended activities and where to eat. The best part is just being only steps away from one of the most unreal beaches you'll ever see!

We stayed for 4 nights at Bayview Cottage. James picked us up from the airport right on time and always responded immediately with any questions we had. He even provided beach chairs upon our inquiry! We felt right at home in the cottage and had everything we needed. The AC’s were super cold! The area was spacious and clean with comfy beds, plenty of fluffy towels, and lots of storage to put our things. We made dinner every night in the fully functional kitchen, then did our laundry, and watched Netflix after. The WIFI worked fantastically without any connection issues. Bayview is conveniently super close to both grocery stores, directly across from Public beach and a close walk to the Liquormat and SCYC. We will definitely be returning to Bayview for our next trip to Staniel Cay!

We absolutely loved Cem’s house. It felt like home as it was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more! Darren met us a the airport with the truck rental and went above and beyond to make sure we got settled in the house with everything we needed. He even drove us around in a boat rental to the most beautiful places! We felt so safe and could tell he was an experienced captain. The house had beach chairs, a yeti cooler, kayaks, and even life jackets! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as resultants do close early on that side of the island. Darren dropped us off at the airport and there were several cancellations due to weather, and our flight got delayed. Darren came back to the airport to check on us and told us to let him know if we needed a ride! He was so kind, and helpful! We will be back for sure!
