Vacation rentals with breakfast in Exmouth

Stuart and Nicola are great host. Couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. They were really helpful on suggestions for local amenities and directions. Location is an easy walk to city centre, quiet with free parking. Add in free breakfast and excellent value for money. 5star

Holly was a perfect host, friendly and responsive. Her attention to detail was second to none and the room was warm and comfortable with wide choice of breakfast options. Accommodation is in a quiet residential area, a short walk from Totnes station and the High Street where there is a selection of independent shops, restaurants and cafes.

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

The loveliest airbnb I’ve stayed in. Mariko is a sweetheart and she gave me a warm welcome and breakfast every morning of my stay. The house was very cozy and had a lovely view of the sea, I felt right at home. I’ve would’ve loved to stayed longer and I would love to come back as well!

Great host. Very attentive to our needs as we had a 6-month-old. Provided all the necessary baby gear, which meant we didn't have to bring ours with us. It has a beautiful location and is a lovely property. Highly recommend.

This was one of my top experiences with Airbnb! I was looking for a pleasant, homely stay, and this exceeded all my expectations. Annie and Simon were incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly making me feel at home. They are such lovely people to talk to, and their warmth created a very calming atmosphere. The house is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately clean. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Every morning, breakfast was perfectly laid out, adding an extra touch of care and hospitality that made the stay even more special. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and am so grateful to Annie and Simon for creating such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

James and Liz have a nice place that is walkable to the University of Exeter and downtown. We enjoyed the freedom of free parking, easy walks, and having a kitchenette was helpful to save some money from going out for dinner. We highly recommend this place and the kind hospitality of the hosts. We hope to stay here when we return to Exeter.

Probably one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Very smart and clean, good off road parking, ideally suited for both Dartmouth and Totnes, but be prepared for narrow, winding roads locally. Highly recommended.

Mike met us to check in and was iincredibly friendly, sharing a wealth of local recommendations. the flat was so cosy and the beds!!! best night sleep I've had in a long time. location great for exploring both Devon coastline (Totnes, dart estuary, shaldon) and Dartmoor all in easy striking distance,.thank you so much for having us!

We had a lovely time in Newton Ferris. Our accommodation was gorgeous and just in the right place. It was very quiet and just right for two people. It was very near a fantastic cafe, pub and local supermarket. We loved it!

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

I spoke to Vicki advising her on our due time of arrival and again when we arrived at the property. She was friendly and asked us to contact her if we needed anything. We had no need to contact her again as there was everything and more provided for our stay. It was like home from home, great location, spotlessly clean and I would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay here. The location is great, a short walk into Kingsbridge to enjoy all it has to offer. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, so comfortable and well equipped with lots of homely touches. Thanks Julia for another fabulous stay.

Our second stay at the Annex as a family of three (cot and highchair provided). Fantastic place, highly recommend it. Mary is a wonderful host and the Annex has everything to make you feel at home.

A brilliant compact self contained cottage annex with very comfortable bed. Guests are well catered for with generous breakfast provisions provided. Julie provided good clear instructions to find the cottage. It was a useful base to visit relatives who live nearby. Our visit was in November, one can only imagine what a wonderful location this would be during summer months.

The guest house is situated in the picturesque village with easy access to surrounding places to visit. The guest house is delightful with lots of little touches that make it homely and comfortable. The breakfast she left us was an added bonus. In short, highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Pamela's for our friend's wedding. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, making the two day visit easy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

I have no words to describe my stay with Ken and Tiejun. They are out of this world, very friendly, super responsive and are there to help you with anything. Great Inn, friendly and attentive staff, lovely food, and clean rooms.

Such a wonderful find! We loved that we had our own wing of the house. Huge ultra comfortable bed with soft linen in a warm, cosy, beautifully lit and decorated bedroom. The bathroom had the same attention, with large shower and big soft towels. We had use of a living room with an enormous soft sofa. In the morning Sophie made us the most delicious muesli, that I keep thinking of since eating!, with warm croissants and extra fruits. We both felt thoroughly spoilt. There was such an amazing attention to detail, she had thought of everything we may need. We just need to find another excuse to stay there!! Thank you so much Sophie & Paddy for a truly wonderful stay!
