A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

Very cozy and accessible to town and facilities. All amenities required for stay. Clear and prompt communication, extremely useful.

Absolutely lovely apartment, would highly recommend it. Very close to local pubs and restaurant, views were stunning.

Location is perfect and quiet considering the location is in the main town. The flat was clean and a lovely size and the use of 2 bathrooms for 4 people was great. It’s good to be able to park to drop off and collect your items and the use of the parking permit was helpful (approximately a 10/15 minute walk away from the car park). On arrival I did collect the keys to find the main entrance key was bent so I couldn’t initially enter but after speaking with Kevin at Dart Valley he advised to just bend back into place (thankfully this worked without breaking and they would look to replace for new). We did have an issue with the heating to find it was controlled externally but after speaking with Fiona and other colleagues (including a message from Karen at Dart Valley) this was soon recitified. Regardless of a couple of issues, I cannot complain as they were all dealt with swiftly, promptly and with a helpful and professional attitude. Thank you!

Was an absolutely beautiful apartment, didn’t want to leave. Host was quick at responding and everything u need was in the apartment. Comfy bed, great tv with Netflix and other apps, kitchen has all the utensils to cook a great dinner.

Loved, loved, loved this magical place. Lots of interesting furniture, super comfy bed, our own little courtyard and entrance to the park just through the garden gate. Very friendly welcome. Highly recommend.

This holiday home was very clean and welcoming, Tracey &Richard was very welcoming we got there very early, i phone Tracey too ask ifcan leave our car and she said come inside and drop our thing's off , Richard gave us the keys and we walked down to the beach, Came back later to find Tracy have left us, tea,coffee, milk and biscuits 😋. Very lovely. And a big yes we would love to go back again, Mike & Jo

Booked this cute barn conversion as a late half term getaway for myself, my son and our Border Collie. Amazing value for the quality and aesthetics of the space. Really appreciated no extra charges for the dog too. Having a hallway was great to keep muddy boots and dog towels separate from the living space (we tried really hard to keep the white floorboards clean, honest!). The barn was warm and cosy the whole time, which was amazing considering the ceiling height. Comfy bed, crisp linens, fluffy towels and a bottle of white Rioja in the fridge. Nice! The shower situation won't work for lots of people (is a suspended circular curtain rail/hook not an option?) but having a bath in February after a long wet walk on the beach felt like a treat. Great stay, would recommend!

Guy was a great host very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and drink. Guy made us feel very welcome I would definitely stay again. Thank you for being such a great host see you again soon. 😊

We had a wonderful stay and throughly enjoyed exploring the local area. Spacious and comfortable living space with a well equipped kitchen. The only addition we would make to the kitchen would be a small freezer but understand due to space this may not be feasible. We slept well and had no issues accessing the en-suite however, taller or less agile people may struggle passing the bottom of the bed. Overall, we had a lovely, comfortable stay. Thank you.

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

Superb! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious property with some lovely personal touches, and in a quiet location. It had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. Chris was friendly, responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for more, I’ll definitely be booking again.

The farm was in a beautiful setting, with gorgeous views. It was peaceful and spacious for our large family get together. Salcombe and the surrounding area is very lovely, with some challenging roads, but thats Devon! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and private. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped and Freya was helpful and friendly from the start and super responsive when we had a minor query. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. Thank you!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

We’ve had a fantastic week at Chris and Tanya’s apartment. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Both Chris and Tanya were great hosts, responding quickly to any queries we had. Bigbury and Burgh Island is a special place for us, so spending it overlooking Burgh Island was unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back again!

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!
