Apartment vacation rentals in Exmouth

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

Michelle was a fantastic host with clear and detailed instructions and a very warm welcome. The flat is gorgeous, really close to everything and lovely and quiet. Everything was absolutely spotless. Highly recommend staying here when you’re in Lyme Regis!

What a wonderful apartment right in the heart of Chagford. Close to the moors for walks in the beautiful countryside with pubs and cafes right on the doorstep. The apartment is cosy and clean with many amenities for a very comfortable stay. It was perfect for a delightful trip to the area. Communication was easy and Florence was a fabulous host, working hard to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit.

What a wonderful stay at Mark’s, he was a fantastic host easy to contact and great recommendations. We had everything we needed on our doorstep so went out for a couple of drinks in the town just across the road then had a Chinese delivered. Felt very cosy in the flat with everything you need, the bed was extremely comfy and was super quiet even though you were close to town. Would love to go back again It was a perfect stop off on our way to visit family in Cornwall Thankyou Mark for making our stay so welcoming.

Had a great stay, catching up with family locally. Didn't want to get out of the bed as it was so comfy including the bedding and pillows! Loved the little extras of bread, milk, spread, cooking oil, cereals etc. And especially the extra touch of the Christmas 🎄 that had been put up :-) Would stay again if visiting the area.

This place is a gem, not sure if it suits peoples location as we were there for work. But it was exceptional. We have never stopped in an air bnb so clean. The jacuzzi bath was a massive bonus after a long hard day. Would stop again 100%

We had a fine stay, over a two week period. We were comfortable in all respects, and Anne was a very responsive, friendly and kind host.

This holiday home was very clean and welcoming, Tracey &Richard was very welcoming we got there very early, i phone Tracey too ask ifcan leave our car and she said come inside and drop our thing's off , Richard gave us the keys and we walked down to the beach, Came back later to find Tracy have left us, tea,coffee, milk and biscuits 😋. Very lovely. And a big yes we would love to go back again, Mike & Jo

Beautiful apartment only a 5 minute drive from the centre of the city. Great communication from the hosts which made check nice and simple. Only thing I would say about the location, which is no fault of the hosts and nothing they can do about it, but it seems to be quite a heavy student area so can get quite noisy, so would recommend some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper! Other than that it’s a fantastic apartment and I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in Exeter!

We had a wonderful stay and throughly enjoyed exploring the local area. Spacious and comfortable living space with a well equipped kitchen. The only addition we would make to the kitchen would be a small freezer but understand due to space this may not be feasible. We slept well and had no issues accessing the en-suite however, taller or less agile people may struggle passing the bottom of the bed. Overall, we had a lovely, comfortable stay. Thank you.

A fantastic spacious apartment tucked away in the centre of Dartmouth . Thank you for the milk so grateful for our tea next morning - and fudge delicious. Super clean and comfortable. Would have loved to have learnt the history of such any amazing building . Thank you Debbie

Excellent accommodation, exactly as described and finished to a high specification. There is a garage to park in at the property but access is tight 6feet width! You would certainly struggle with a large car, we had a VW Golf and it was still quite tight. There is some free on street parking but this is rarely available. The property is a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the town, market and the sea front. Therefore there are several good restaurants, cafes, etc within easy reach. There are 26 steps from the street up to the door of the property and they are quite irregular. There are also steps between some rooms inside the property (2 flights of 3 steps and one single step down into the bedroom. Needs considerationvfor anyone with mobility problems. So overall, if you don’t mind the steps and a tight squeeze for your car (or no means of driving up to the property if you have a large car) then this is an excellent property to stay in. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this place. It is in a lovely village surrounded by fields with an excellent restaurant within walking distance and a church full of history. Well located with access to beaches and towns easy with a large supermarket, just a short drive. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Chris is a great host- friendly and helpful with plenty of advice about the local area if required. I will definitely be back.

Perfect location for a big mixed family get away. Big and well stocked kitchen, big seating and dining areas and comfy bedrooms. Lovely walk into Salcombe town

What a fabulous apartment. Perfect location for a few days enjoying Lyme Regis. Close to the beach and the Cobb, surrounded by restaurants, pubs and beautiful shops. Once inside the apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need. Warm, clean, comfortable and spacious. Whilst parking is a challenge everywhere in Lyme Regis, the Woodmead carpark is very local and we could double park for a short time just up the road to unpack and pack the car.

We had a wonderful stay at The Frog, this cosy little place was just what we needed to relax and unwind in peace. Its beautifully quiet with only the lovely sounds of nature and a few nearby cows. Pure bliss! We loved watching the bunnies at dusk and what a treat to slip into the outdoor tub and stargaze! Louise was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back to this gorgeous spot!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Stayed at Sara's airbnb for two nights. Right from the outset, the communication was excellent from Sara. Went with the family to Devon for a birthday treat, and we were not let down. The site was quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. Nice touches with the bottle of wine and basket of fruit when we arrived. Just two nights, but we really enjoyed using it as a base for our journeys around south Devon. Sara was very hospitable on-line and ensured we had everything taken care of. Thank you

Stunningly beautiful spot, right on the beach. Like being in a ship when the tide is in! Everything about the apartment is beautiful. Very comfy beds, lovely linen and towels. Kitchen has literally everything you could want and more! Very much appreciated the eco products and good recycling practice on site. Chris and Tanya were both very good at communicating. We will definitely return asap.

Hy husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time staying at Ilona’s barn conversion. The space was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we could have wished for. My 2 year old daughter loved her bedroom and all of the toys and books and really enjoyed going to visit the chickens! In the evenings, my husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the private garden area and watched the sun set in the hot tub - just perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere that is not only child friendly but beautiful and in the most serene setting, then look no further! Thank you for having us, we hope to come and visit again soon!
