Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a great place for a group to utilize. Lots of space to spread out, plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining areas, and the pool area is especially enjoyable. Very quiet neighborhood with a small park nearby for smaller children to enjoy. Host is very responsive to inquiries. I’d definitely stay here again.

The most important part of this place and the host it’s that I traveled with my oldest son 13 and 2 more kids, mom and sister for an AYF tournament, it was supposed to be a week away from home and from my husband “babies dad” at day #2 my 5 years old one and the 18 months one started crying because their dad was not there on the bed at night time. “He couldn’t go with us because personal issues” i texted Ken “the host” and asked him if that was okay for my husband who was not in the reservation to come and joy the condo just to make my kids happy. Ken didn’t hesitate and said SURE. There not anything else for my than see my kids happy, and Ken helped them to be in this journey. Thank you ken, won’t never forget this. House clean as described, nice and big pool, parking space available. Recommended this Condo 💯 5 ⭐️

Jenifer and Wally were great hosts. Communication was proactive and very helpful. The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more including all kitchen essentials and beach essentials. The location is perfect being 15 minutes from either Marco Island or downtown Naples. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you Jenifer and Wally for having us!

Dmitry was a phenomenal host. The apartment was gorgeous and extremely clean. You could tell that everything was freshly washed, from the bedding to the towels. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed to make breakfast, etc. He also had beach chairs, an umbrella and a waterproof blanket to take to the beach. Great attention to detail. The condo complex is located in a beautiful part of Aventura. There is a gym, a tennis court, a lovely pool and there are iguanas everywhere you look. We looked forward to seeing them every morning when we woke up! The only thing that I felt was missing/could be improved was the curtains in both bedrooms. My family is used to sleeping in mostly total darkness and unfortunately the curtains let all the light in. Don’t forget to pack an eye mask if that bothers you at all. Otherwise, it was a really pleasant stay and we will absolutely go back to Dmitry’s condo next time we’re in Miami. Thanks!!

It is a wonderful house where we spent our holiday very well. Everything is very well thought out. The house is great, the view is super, it is a wonderful environment. Our host thought of everything and created a clean and very organized environment. Thank you very much. If we come again, we would like to stay here again.

The facility and its amenities were great. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed to cook meals. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was stylish and well decorated. The half bath was a bonus. Everything you needed for a beach visit was provided. Would definitely stay here again

We had an amazing stay. incredible condo, extremely clean, organized, all the amenities needed. Fantastic location, on the beach, close to many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and very clean! It was located in an area that was close to restaurants. We tried Rebecca’s and the food was delicious and the bartender was very friendly! We would have loved to enjoy the outdoor areas but we were there for a wedding and busy with friends. Maybe next time.

House was very easy to locate and check in instructions were very thorough. The house is very well furnished and everything was in good condition. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. A bonus was the Keurig with pods, cream and sugar. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. There were a lot of restaurants nearby.

The house is very nice and nicely decorated. The Jardin and Piscina are very functional. We had a great night there. Communication with Swan and Adriana was very good. We had an inconvenience with the barbecue and they fixed it. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very sweetware .

We LOVED our stay in Fort Lauderdale. The place was absolutely beautiful and just like advertised. We had to make a last minute reservation and the hosts were more than accommodating and extremely responsive. We traveled with a family of 6 and the home was the perfect size for us as there was more than enough room and we all had our own bathrooms. The outside area was amazing. The kids loved the pool and it was a very nice quiet, well kept neighborhood. Anytime I had a question I was able to text the hosts and they responded to me almost immediately. I even accidentally sent an amazon package to the wrong address and they offered to bring it to UPS for me. I cant say enough great things about this place, it was close enough to everything that you would need but also private enough to be able to relax when needed. We will definitely be back to Fort Lauderdale and would love to rent this wonderful home again.

The house was well kept and a great space for 5 adults. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the large TVs, and the pool area. Location was great for our visit to FAU. House was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Loved it!

This was a great rental house, it was set up beautifully. The neighborhood was exactly where we wanted to by be. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We rented bikes, but didn't even need them. Pool was delightful. We had one issue with the front door lock and I texted the owner. She had it fixed within 30 minutes. It was amazing service. I would highly recommend this house.
