This a great place to stay, the house is just right for two people. The second bedroom is great for two other people for friends to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is awesome, great restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The river is nearby, 2 blocks , so you can walk along the bike trail for 5 miles . Quiet neighborhood which is nice. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking items needed. Well stocked with supplies ie toilet paper, soap( personal and kitchen). Some spices are provided. The living room is large and a small porch. Just a awesome place to stay

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

We really enjoyed our stay! Randall and Maria were super friendly and helpful. Maria met us and assisted us at check in, even gifting us candy. They were very accommodating to our two dogs and provided dog bowls & a dog blanket. They’re super thoughtful and hospitable! The home was exactly as described. It was clean and included many things to keep us comfortable, including a hair dryer, snacks, phone chargers, water bottles, body wash, and moisturizer. Our dogs really enjoyed the backyard, too. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Owensboro :)

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

I got ready at this place for my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was absolutely perfect! The host was so nice and the place was clean! Very easy check in as well. The place is very private and secluded which is also a plus! Would definitely recommend:)

Kevin and Joy were pleasant and responsive. Their home is lovely. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Previous reviews regarding the bathroom made me slightly nervous but it was fine. It's an older home but well kept, neat and clean. Conveniently located to shopping, resturaunts and the Convention center. We would definitely stay here again!

Jaclyn was amazing. We booked her property very last minute. She was incredibly flexible and responsive. The property is just as described and more with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. (Loved the heated floors) Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when in the area. Thank you again for being a wonderful host and sharing your lovely home with us!

My partner and I, and our two friends stayed at Robin’s place with our goofy basset hounds. The layout, cleanliness, upgrades, and neighborhood were perfect and suited our needs and the duration of our stay. Robin’s home is adorable and charming exactly as described. The furniture and beds were comfortable to lounge and sleep in, and the kitchen had nearly everything we needed, in addition to beautiful appliances. You can tell a lot love and care has gone into this home while maintaining its history and integrity - That’s not an easy feat. The location was perfect, and literally 5 minutes from anywhere we went. The gym, the mall, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a great find and very comfortable stay for the 6 of us! Robin is also an excellent communicator, and everything was smooth start to finish!

My dog and I loved this place! We loved the patio and fenced in back yard. Great location in a nice subdivision close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The host had all of the check-in instructions to me early in the day and was quick to answer messages. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The home is beautiful! The home has a very spacious, open concept floor plan , lovely decor, and very well appointed kitchen. My husband and I along with our adult children had a wonderful stay. The property is also beautiful and we were able to enjoy the lovely fire pit during our stay in December. Kimberly was truly a gracious hostess! We hope to stay again!

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

Kaci was an excellent host and went out of her way to help us get items we needed to celebrate Christmas even though there was a snowstorm. She was also flexible with us as we had to change our check in date at the last minute due to the storm. The house was beautiful and cozy with awesome views out of the many windows in the rear of the house. There was lots of room to host our families Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Christmas meal. We will definitely stay here again. Only next time we are hoping the weather will be better so we can enjoy the awesome deck and outside entertaining area this house offers. Our only complaint would be that the internet was slow, and we wish the couch in the living room was bigger to fit the family better.
