Vacation rentals with a patio in Evansville

We had an amazing stay! The studio was fantastic, especially that chair and light, which made it perfect for reading. Kale was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore. The convenience of everything was also a huge plus. If the weather hadn’t been so cold this past weekend, we could have easily walked to all the attractions. I’m already planning to return to enjoy the studio and the surrounding area when the weather improves. The rooftop is so charming and cozy. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

If you're looking for a small place to stay, this is perfect. The price is similar to a hotel room, but here you get a full kitchen. The host always responds very quickly. I've stayed here several times without any issues.

Angela’s apartments are great. I have stayed in a couple of the ones that she has and both I have stayed at have been perfect. I’m also a host on Airbnb. I would say Angela is the greatest host I’ve ever encountered or come across on Airbnb. She really has some great places to stay and she’s a amazing host. Look forward to staying again in the future. Great alternative to nearby small hotels with more character and space, walking distance to river walk and to coffee shops, downtown restaurants…this is an older home and the Airbnb is up a flight of stairs (which we preferred, not for everyone).

Our stay at Chris place was absolutely fantastic! This cute cozy apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, shopping area and we found plenty of great dining options nearby. The amenities were great, and Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks and breakfast treats which made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to come back!" 

A highlight of our visit to Owensboro was enjoying this home and its large, airy deck overlooking the Ohio River. We thought it great fun to watch the river barge traffic and enjoy the birdsong and spring breezes.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and Patty was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. We felt very comfortable and well-cared for during our stay.

The shower is non slip. There are hangers in the closets. The beds are comfy. Everything is odor-free. There's an outdoor fire pit. The neighbors are pleasant. Everything works. A+

The place was very beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room. I had no trouble getting in and out. I love the rocking chairs on the porch. It came with everything you would need. I would definitely go back. We loved it.

Absolutely 5 stars all around. They were great to communicate with, gave quick responses, instructions couldn’t have been simpler & most definitely worth the money. The pictures do not do the house justice, much more “homey” & pretty in person, plus they didn’t say anything about there being a trampoline & the kids were ecstatic once we seen it. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was great and well worth what we paid. Was a nice alternative to the hotel for a place to stay for 5 adults and an infant. Had kitchen amenities which worked out great. Host was responsive and great to work with. House was tidy and clean. Location was very convenient. Near hotels and plenty of dining locations. Outsides of the houses in the neighborhood were not well kept.

The place in Evansville was perfect for our crew working in Newburgh IN and we will definitely be back to stay again. I was able to prepare all the meals in the well stocked kitchen and nice to have the round table to share the meals. I love the wood work in the home and enjoyed raking and cleaning the flower garden as the spring weather permitted.

Kaci was an excellent host and went out of her way to help us get items we needed to celebrate Christmas even though there was a snowstorm. She was also flexible with us as we had to change our check in date at the last minute due to the storm. The house was beautiful and cozy with awesome views out of the many windows in the rear of the house. There was lots of room to host our families Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Christmas meal. We will definitely stay here again. Only next time we are hoping the weather will be better so we can enjoy the awesome deck and outside entertaining area this house offers. Our only complaint would be that the internet was slow, and we wish the couch in the living room was bigger to fit the family better.

We have stayed with Brian several times now when we are in the area. Absolutly love working with him and staying at this house of his. Super friendly, worked with the crew and I, kept line of communication open.

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!
