The studio apartment easily accommodates three with a comfy queen bed and full size futon.The futon is perfect for one adult or two children. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Furnished with a beautiful mix of antiques and unusual flea market treasures, oriental rugs, original artwork. Parking on the alley, private entrance, access to the lovely, private flower-filled garden. Arcata's Redwood Park has extensive trails through the big trees a short walk away, just a few blocks from the apartment. Ocean beaches are a ten-minute drive. Cable TV, dvds old school vinyl record player and records, Ethernet Internet connection. No minimum stay, no cleaning or service fees. Smoking is allowed, but only in the garden. My guesthouse is a few blocks from the Arcata plaza, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, art and culture. It is a 10 minute drive to beaches, 20 minute drive to scenic Trinidad and you can walk or bike to the marsh. You’ll love my place because it is near the heart of Arcata. Everything is at your fingertips. A couple blocks off the plaza means you will get the access without all the noise; a great combo. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Ferndale's Sweet Retreat is just two blocks from main street, it is walking distance to many of Ferndale's great restaurants, and shops! We have a three bedroom house each bedroom has a King bed and In addition we have two pull out sofa beds one is a queen and one is a full that are both located upstairs in the family room. All bedrooms have their own TV, 5 total in house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a large meal.

Come down our hundred foot long, private driveway. On the other side of the green gate, is our 9 acre small scale, working farm/ranch. Pull in and park in your two designated parking spots. The furnishings are very tasteful, mid century, modern. Organic linens and bedding help make things comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Richard and Joey are delightful hosts - very welcoming and friendly, but also not intrusive. The bungalow is in a lovely country setting. At first, I was a little concerned about the distance from town (about a 10-15 minute drive), but as our trip went on, I very much appreciated the peaceful environment we found ourselves in at the end of the day.

A great getaway in Blue Lake. Close to the casino, if that is your thing, or quick hop on the highway to the coastal beaches and outdoor adventure. Inside there is plenty of space to spread out and a great yard. We had dogs, so the place worked out great with the extra space and outdoor area. Love that view from the dining room of the rolling forest hills - can't beat it!

Pilot Rock Cottage was a perfect destination and Steve was a wonderful host! The cottage was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable. Terrific view of Trinidad Bay from the front windows and porch! Walking distance to restaurants and hiking trails. Easy launching point to visit other attractions in the area. We would love to stay there again!

A very nice place. In a great location, attractive and cosy with a patio outside. Clean and well furnished with everything we needed; a comfortable bed and nice linens. A great grocery store and cafe are very near, and there’s easy access to central Arcata. Christy provides lots of information and is very responsive to communications. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to stay again.
