The studio is perfect! Hosted by Rose, Genevieve had planned our breakfast the next morning (fruit jam, coffee and milk, and a bottle of ti punch coco!). Parking place in front, nice terrace and garden with Mr and Mrs. Colibri who came every morning for the parrot beaks... The neighborhood is quiet. We are in 20 minutes walk from the beach of Pointe Marin (for us the most beautiful on the island🤩🤩🤩) 10 minutes more to Ste Anne center, 5 minutes by car and easy parking, 10 minutes by car from Les Salines beach. In short, we recommend it 100%!!!!

We thank Sylvie for her accommodation. Very good location, very well-equipped. Impeccable cleanliness. This place is perfect for visiting the south of the island and the calm it offers!

Frédéric's place is even better than the photos. It is in direct proximity to Anse Caritan. 15 min walk to Bourg de Sainte-Anne. The views are really stunning. Wifi is almost non-existent inside but effective on the terrace. If you need to work: Leave your phone on the deck and put it in "share connection" then return to the apartment and connect your tablet/computer to the phone. Great success. The pluses of the apartment: -the extraordinary view of the terrace -The air conditioning -the washing machine During my trip, there were a few long power outages that were not related to the listing but to the general grid and the weather. Don't worry, it's coming back. A tip: do not open the fridge so that "the cold stays in the fridge". Frédéric is a very considerate host who gave me useful tips and addresses. Communication with him was very fluid.

hello,this place is functional and clean and easy to access . it would be missing an oven vacuum cleaner to clean but otherwise it was perfect .
