Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Estes Park

Great stay at a new resort next to a golf course. short drive to town for a few restaurants and grocery store. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our own meals, a washer and dryer in-unit, and plenty to do for the kids. There was a small rec room (foosball, pingpong, billiards), a pool and hot tub, exterior grill. Nice upgrade over a traditional hotel with gorgeous mountain views and way less busy than Breckenridge, Aspen Etc. It's only 30 minutes to the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had a great visit here. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet (we're very sound sensitive and had zero issues). The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the hot tubs were fantastic. Also fantastic was the daily visits by the wild elk along the river, which was awesome. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Great place to stay for travelling around Rockey mountain area. Highly recommended.

My friends had never been to Estes Park or RMNP, so Fred’s place seemed like the perfect place to enjoy it all; and it was! Great location, beautiful views as wells as a cozy place to be snowed in. Would recommend!

Large modern apartment on a good street on Lower Downtown. Simple check in, nice facilities and the apartment is large, plenty of space. Ideal for family or sharing couples because both rooms and connecting bathrooms are similar in size. very happy with the stay.

Great location. Spacious. Clean. Soft beds and comfy digs. Within a few minute drive from main street Estes, but far enough away to still feel like you're in nature. Kitchen was furnished and clean. Dishwasher was nice touch. Overall, will definitely return if I'm ever in Estes.

The Mint Staff and MORGAN was amazing! The 2Br apartment I had was perfect! Very clean spacious! Felt like home away from home! Love this concept! Throughout my 8 day stay they came to refresh and replenish sheets and different things. This really elevated the stay! Definitely took the experience to a whole nother level! Morgan had alot to do with that also! She needs a raise! Book with Mint!

Fred was very responsive and helpful in choosing this room while booking. Was in a great location for our group. The place had plenty of parking as we had multiple cars. The amenities were great as well. We would book with Fred again.
