Our family has stayed here several times. We truly enjoy the location and how comfortable it is. They have everything you need there, in case you forget something from home:) It’s clean and in a great location. It’s quiet with a beautiful view, yet close enough to town for an easy outing. This is our favorite place to stay in Estes Park. We look are already looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I had an awesome stay at Water Dance Cabin! Our host Nathan was so kind and very accommodating, with excellent recommendations. Water Dance Cabin is so cozy with Nathan’s beautiful photography and decor to make you feel right at home. From the relaxing sounds of the river flowing by, to the soothing soaks in the hot tub under the stars, all our stresses melted away. It’s very close to town, yet feels like you’re in the country, because it’s so quiet. We had a wonderful time exploring RMNP, which is close by. Nathan is the most excellent host and responds very quickly to answer any questions you may have, as well as makes sure you’re settled in and having a good time! Thank you so much! We shall be back! Very highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay being so close to town. It was great that we were able to bring our dogs no one felt crowded. The rooms were large, the kitchen was great for mingling and the living room was perfect to play games. We would stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous setting, with proximity to small-town amenities which are plentiful (~200 feet from an excellent coffee shop and a grocery co-op). We were here on the tail end of an impressively winter-esque spring snowstorm and stayed so warm and cozy. We could have stayed indoors all day watching the creek through all of the windows, but explored the town and just had the best time. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great Airbnb ! Clean and well maintained! Close to downtown with many shops and restaurants. Close to many activities like Georgetown , vail , Breckenridge and many more ! The hot tub was a cherry on top !! Real relaxing! Beautiful view of the mountains and there’s many wildlife everywhere !

We had a wonderful stay, so relaxing and fun. We booked this place specifically for the saunas, they were very needed for the weekend we’re trying to have. We wanted just a weekend away from home, but still close. A bonus was that we will pass Buc-ees, haven’t been yet! The apartment was so cute with the decor and felt homey. The bed is such a comfortable bed, it’s a tempur-pedic, I never wanted to leave. The hot tub was so relaxing as well, just the street near by is pretty loud. But you cant hear the street from within the house, it’s very soundproof. The parking is a bit confusing, but it’s not very hard to understand where we needed to park, it’s only like 100 feet from the house, not a bad walk. We’re very appreciative to Stacy with very specific details and cute notes to everything, so helpful!

If you had bundles that included lift tickets, that would be in the room already To go appon arrivall so no time is wasted by visiting base camp first. that’d be awesome. The ticket proses was unclear online or I missed something possibly. Luckily the lift operator let us go up after showing him the receipt copy on my phone, directing us how to get to base camp to get our physical ticket. Oh and if the day tickets lasted till 5-6pm instead of 4 pm. Everything else was awesome I can’t wait to comeback next year this is our new anniversary spot. Thanks for everything!

Woooow!!! Just wow!!! Andrea’s place was everything we expected and more. The house was super clean and welcoming from the time we stepped foot in the door with comfort and beauty surrounding you in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional and lacked nothing! The backyard was just breathtaking and became my favorite spot to relax after the day. My husband and I rented the Airstream for an additional fee and it was well worth it! The airstream was nice and cozy, has a built in radio, mounted TV, stovetop, sink, table for dining, great natural sunlight during the day and bright lights at night! The bed was to die for and was great for our nap! Perfect and cute touch, book it! It was also my husband’s birthday and Andrea took time out of her day to come out and set up a few decorations and grab a cake which I thought was very thoughtful and SAWEET! Andrea’s place was one of the best places we’ve booked on AIRBNB and some of the best sleep we’ve gotten! Will book again!

Cozy & Close to Winter Park - Hot Tub & Pool

Kylee's place met all our goals during our month long stay in March. The internet was fast enough to support two TEAMS calls at once as my family called in to work. Also, it was quick 10 minute drive to Winter Park and there was a shuttle stop very close by but we didn't use it. I liked the old fashioned fireplace which we used most nights. There were lots of comfy beds to accommodate my family when we had 3 couples up for a birthday celebration. The west facing deck was nice to sit out on and enjoy the sun at the end of a ski day. Also, there was an out door grill that worked well when we cooked steaks. On snowy days the parking lot was cleared fast and it's only 15 yards or so from where we parked to the front door of the home.

Very nice home and extremely helpful host. My first time in Denver in years. Our host accommodated our group and the house was very spacious. We had our own spaces so that helped a lot. Would recommend to anyone with a big family or group. Quiet neighborhood so we were away from the fast paced lifestyle of city living.

Amazing location for walking to the downtown shopping area - it's about 1 block off the main road. Note this is the upstairs only of the property - the downstairs is a separate unit. There were no guests downstairs when we stayed, so we had no issues or concerns with that. If the downstairs was also rented out, I think you would probably hear people and the parking area would be a bit tighter. Not a reason to avoid, but something to be aware of. The airbnb itself is pretty nice - it has a "cabin" feel without being super rustic. It isn't the newest or fanciest place, but fun regardless. The rooms are fairly small and cozy - not really any dedicated place to put a suitcase where it's out of the way. Would recommend if you want to have a fun cozy place in a great location.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The jacuzzi was such a relaxing treat—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The house had everything you could possibly need, from cozy comforts to all the essentials. What really touched me was the host’s kindness and honesty. I accidentally left behind a pair of very sentimental golden grills, and he went out of his way to send them back to me. That meant so much—truly above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-stocked place with a genuinely caring host!

This was the absolute perfect place to stay. My husband and I eloped and brought our dogs with us the night we stayed here. It was super great having a fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play in. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen. It had several different coffee options, three different creamer options, hot chocolate, and tea. It is a super cute home. I would 100% recommend staying here!

great place, would absolutely stay again! plenty of space, clean, great AC, all amenities were provided including a bunch of fun coffee pods, plenty of towels, etc. felt very safe in the neighborhood, the backyard was beautiful and great to hang out in. only a few minutes away from downtown arvada, and only about 20 minutes away from downtown denver. very clean other than a few crumbs on the couch when we got there. great place! book it!

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! This is a really great (and very clean) house with pretty much everything you need in it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The basement has fun games that the whole family had a blast playing, as well as a big TV and huge comfy couch for everyone to hang out on. The area itself is a little bland, but for a family trip, it worked just fine. Everything we did in the Denver area was about a 15-20 minute drive like it says, which no one minded, but definitely something to factor in. Alissa was also a super responsive and accommodating host. She gave easy directions on how to enter/close up, and she was always there to answer any questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is a gem— the views are just wildly good from every room. The windows allow you to watch the sun and moon move across the sky, and the trails are spectacular. It’s worth knowing before you book: the homeowners are fastidious and require some hoops to jump through, including asking for financial information off-platform in an unsecured document, and signing a legal form that allows them to charge you at-will for anything they see fit to. We had no assessed fees ourselves, but the threat of them was very prevalent. Do take them at their words they wrote in their own listing— they are, in fact, “OCD” about their Airbnb cabin.

The cabin was exactly as shown in photos and as described. The hot tub was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and cooking oil, which we appreciated. Bonuses were the movie and music selection, as well as being very easy to find and gain entry. We would totally come back for another stay if given the opportunity!
