Jason was extremely kind and responsive. His home was so inviting and we loved the fly fishing theme! This property had everything you would need and more. We appreciated the typed out instructions and local recommendations. The hot tub and fire pit were a favorite. Would definitely re-book in the future if we were to ever make it back.

Wendy's Lakehouse was exactly what my husband and I needed for our mini-retreat after our daughter's wedding. We were mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted when we arrived; but after a couple of days of complete quiet and privacy in the house, walking and laying on the private beach, listening to the water, watching the sunsets, and basking in the fresh Lake Erie breezes: we felt restored and refreshed. The only thing that disappointed us was that we couldn't stay longer... life rolls on! 😅 Within hours of our arrival we were making plans to return- next time with our 4 sons- as soon as possible! We even were dreaming about bringing future grandkids in years to come! 🥰 Thank you, Wendy, for providing this peaceful retreat!

This historic home had a ton of charm. With gorgeous woodwork and stained and leaded glass windows, it was beautiful. It has a spacious enclosed front porch, which I would have loved to sit and read a book on, but we were busy all weekend! The petite backyard is enclosed by a privacy fence and hosts half a dozen fairies, which you are encouraged to find. The house was roomy, comfortable, and affordable for our family of 6. It’s cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean. Leslie was a gracious host, providing a well-stocked coffee and tea bar. She also had treats waiting for us, which we enjoyed after our long drive. Leslie was also fast and friendly in all her communications. The kitchen was well outfitted to cook meals. We hope to stay there next year when we come in again.

we had a quick little visit as we drove cross country, but Sharon we excellent and the house was perfect for my family and pets. loved the little touches like a kids coloring table and water bottles in the fridge.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

Jamie was an excellent host, incredibly accommodating. The house was beautiful and perfect for two families, offering plenty of space. The kids had a great time in the basement playing ping pong. The place was spotless and very well-maintained. I highly recommend both the house and the host for your next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at Michaels place. The description and pictures are exactly what you will get. Always a pleasure to stay there and I am looking forward to staying there again.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable... with the room darkening curtains, we could have slept all day! Very relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

Laura greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. The accommodations are located on the upper part of the home. We felt secure and right at home. Would definitely stay at Laura’s again if we are in the Erie area.

The space was perfect for us with our pup. Nice kitchen for preparing our meals, one of my favorite parts of renting. Living room was comfortable & outdoor space would have been enjoyable if the temp had been a bit warmer. Bed was comfortable as well. Linda and Gary were gracious hosts.

Matt and Miriam were great hosts. Always responsive, and graciously allowed an early check-in which was very helpful to us after a long drive and a busy itinerary. The house was as described, in a great location close to everything in the area. This was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus 2 dogs, with plenty of space and comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements!

We were in town for a funeral and this location was perfect for our family. Large open kitchen, two full bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping arrangements made it feel just like home. Parking was easy and the local restaurants and grocery store were convenient. We will be staying here again when in the area. Highly recommend this property.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bed and Breakfast at 416 w 10 St. Erie Pa. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable. We were pleased that it was in a very quite and peaceful neighborhood. Should we find ourselves needing accommodations in the Erie area again we would not hesitate to use this bed and breakfast. Anthony Militello

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle
