Monthly Rentals in Epping

A last minute booking to meet with my sister traveling for work ended up with the most wonderful stay. The stay at word barn came with everything we needed plus surprise farm fresh eggs. The word barn hosts events and concerts and we were lucky enough to stumble into an evening performance that we could enjoy from our space as well as attend as guests of the hosts. What a treat! The word barn was pet friendly and Katie enjoyed the lower level area as she wasn’t brave enough to ascend the beautiful spiral stair addition. Chatting with the hosts and throughout the stay we really felt the hospitality was exceptional with VIP treatment.

Its a home away from home. Love the privacy, the cleanliness, the quiet, the kitchen. Deb is a fantastic host. She seems like a natural at hosting the apartment. And the scones.......!!!!

This was our first time renting an Airbnb for an extended time (2 months). We did not know what to expect. We probably had more questions than most people. Fortunately for us Sean is great at communication and made our first time renting easy.

This place fit all my needs and felt like home. Location was perfect and close to all major roads. Alan was great and was super sweet and wanted to make sure I wasn't alone during the holidays. I will definitely stay again!
