casa met all expectations very well, I found the place clean and organized, totally as it was disclosed in the listing. home very above the average and with great location and with great facilities. (I only have one suggestion: put anti-slip ceramic in the pool area) everything else great! I hope to come back other times 👏❤️

My stay was great. o Val a very good person, boy friend and want to make you feel at home and that happened . Super pleasant environment. My note to him and the apt 10. Clean apto, with a sensational view, super quiet surroundings,can sleep with open windows and doors that have no danger and a sensational natural ventilation

The apartment is wonderful! Well located, very beautiful and cozy, has several utensils, not to mention in the view that it is sensational. I just missed an electric shower, but overall it was great!

Building is very secure with eye-recognition cameras from the front gate to the glass door entry into the lobbying and for the elevator to be used. Apt has a terrace with a view for early morning sunrises. There is a mall “Shopping Guararapes”, which has a lot to explore plenty of restaurants to eat at and has a cinema. This is about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance from the apto. Keep in mind walking after hours beyond 10pm where there are less people use caution, remember to always understand your surroundings when walking alone. I would recommend to call an Uber if it’s late at night (after 10pm) or if it’s a long distance to walk. The beach is great for a long morning walks. But, be cautious with entering the water it is not safe for bathing due to the natural habitat of breeding sharks. Laura (host) is very hospitable and she speaks fluent English, she provided a tour of the building shortly after my arrival to be well informed of what “Stark Building Design” had to offer.
