The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Perfect stay at Lenaïg and Ludovic's despite a little capricious Breton weather at the beginning of summer :) The house, its amenities, spa, and various games available were welcome. Everything is very high quality, very comfortable bedding and sofa, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge and its famous ice cubes! Lénaïg and Ludovic are very pleasant hosts, available and responsive, we enjoyed the arrival gift and restaurant recommendations!

We had a great time at Romain's place. The house is a little "paradise" on the beach. We can only recommend this rental. Everything is in walking distance. It's a fantastic rental for a family of 4 or 5. Thanks to Romain for his responsiveness and all the information shared.

We had a wonderful stay - we were on the island for a mix of pleasure and business, so having a great base was key. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and the area is ideal. Will almost definitely be back next time we are with a group of this size.

We had a lovely stay in Salcombe. The house was really well equipped with plenty of space - including lots of games perfect for the couple of rainy days we had! It definitely felt very homely, perfect for our young family. The beds were all very comfortable and the view from the attic bedroom down to the estuary is stunning. Heidi and Chris were great hosts, responsive and regularly checked in that everything was going well. I would definitely recommend!

A perfect holiday home. Attention to detail was fantastic. Kitchen fully equipped even had a cocktail shaker! Comfortable beds and sofa. Log fire was amazing! Logs supplied which was a bonus Loved the bar and pool table! Would highly recommend and return:)

Our host Lisa was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, providing us with loads of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities including plenty of fun things to do with the kids. The cottage itself was amazing so cozy and full of charm. Our children especially loved the adorable piglet décor, which made the place feel even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the appliances you’d need, whether you’re staying for a weekend or much longer. The outdoor garden space was a real highlight large, peaceful, and with stunning views over the surrounding fields. There was also a huge field where the kids had loads of space to run around freely. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Greenlands Barn. the cottage was beautifully laid out and was warm and comfortable, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to enjoy the local area and to go on the West Somerset Steam railway. We saw a kingfisher and enjoyed a beautiful paddle up the river in the canoe. This Air b n b is highly recommended and other family members are interested in booking. Thank you Sarah

Such a beautiful stay. The lake is very well stocked, wasnt short of catching. Fish were very clean and active.

Lovely little place for my son and I, great location for Mercedes Benz world and Brooklands Museum. Alison gave very clear instructions on finding the house and left plenty of bits in the fridge for us.

Lovely cosy cabin, Abi was really helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. Unfortunately a massive storm cut our trip short but the lovely living space, log burner and spacious bathroom really made the cabin a lovely place to stay. The kitchen and bedroom combo was snug but exactly as described and had everything we needed for a short break for 2. We picked the location for Nancarrow Farm and The Tartan Fox so it was ideally located for us. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Little Hawthorn Cottage, we couldn’t recommend it enough. There was sheep and lambs in the fields and it felt truly peaceful and private. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need, we used the kitchen and we’re very happy with the coffee making equipment. We really enjoyed the location, visiting Middle Farm was a local highlight.

Atypical and charming home, with an amazing view. The hospitality is well beyond what you can expect (many touches) and even without having had the chance to meet Mireille, we could feel the warmth of her hospitality. The cottage is full of little finds that give it all its charm and make life easy for us. The site is superb, the sea and countryside views delighted us. The tranquility of the place is also very pleasant, with direct access to hiking trails. Recommended without hesitation!

Had a lovely few days at Leanne’s cabin. The communication from Leanne was spot on and throughout our stay Leanne was really helpful and responsive. The cabin itself is exactly as described, spotless and very comfy and cosy and equipped with everything you could need. The instructions to find the cabin were very clear and the milk on arrival was very much appreciated. The cabin is a great base to explore this area of Cornwall or to visit students at the university. We had weather of extremes and the cabin kept us warm and toasty while we also got chance to sit outside and catching the last few rays of the day. The cabin is great for furry friends and the garden area safe with a secure attached field. I loved watching the bats play as the sun was setting. This is such a peaceful setting and would highly recommend for a relaxing break. Thank you Leanne

Stayed for 3 nights in the cabin. Hosts Rob & Corin were very friendly & helpful. The cabin is in a private garden, which is beautifully maintained, peaceful, with great views. The cabin has everything you need for a fabulous break, lovely log fire & the hot tub makes it extra special, so relaxing just watching the birds on the feeder& listening to the cows & sheep in the local fields. Will definitely return & will recommend to friends.

Very good stay at this accommodation within the campsite . The accommodation is clean and well equipped , Flavien is responsive and accommodating . I would recommend it
