Monthly Rentals in Encinas de Abajo

Our stay in this house had a good night and Christmas Day was fantastic, the house was very large, warm, everything was very clean, a lot of household items, we loved the fireplace! We would definitely repeat if we come back to Salamanca. Anabel has been very attentive to all our needs, thank you so much!!

The place is perfect and in an excellent location, plus a bus stop right in front.

I spent one month in Samalmaca, staying in Inmaculada's apartment and it fully met my expectations. It had everything that I needed. I arrived late in the evening. Inmaculada met me and made sure that I got all the nessesary information. She also checked in by email a couple of times, just to make sure everything was ok. The location is really nice, close to all the historical places. Outside the window you see people going to work, going to to school, having a coffee with friends and tourists passing by. One recommendation is to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noice, since the restuarant is right below the apartment. I warmly recommend this accommodation.
