House vacation rentals in Emsworth

We stayed here with our extended family and a couple of our good family friends and this home was perfect for us. It was a real home and felt very relaxing as a result. The garden was extensive and well-equipped for a family. The swimming pool and trampoline were great hits with all the children (ranging from 18mths to 8yrs old). The beds were very comfortable and the children’s room had lots of lovely books and toys to play with. The large kitchen/diner meant we could all eat together and the views from the house and grounds were amazing. The annexe was great, with plenty of space and bed/bathrooms for the older couples. This was ideal accommodation for our family stay. Thank you Laura.

Great location for kids with use of play park, sports pitch, arcades etc. We really appreciated all the little extras provided in the caravan - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and even chocolates! 😋 It’s worth noting there is no WiFi or 3G/4G in the caravan but there is a tv and various board games which the kids made the most of. And you cannot park adjacent to the caravan, but it’s only a very short walk. The bedrooms are VERY small - but I guess that’s expected! Overall a great stay. Caron was very responsive and helpful. The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

Our stay here was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better house and host for celebrating a family members birthday with all the family.

We booked this house for our mother’s 60th birthday for a group of us and it was really lovely. The space is huge, lots of rooms for everyone to relax. The games room was really fun, so many things to do. The bedrooms are good sizes and the bathrooms were really clean. The kitchen was great for hosting and cooking, stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a really lovely touch. West Wittering beach is a 5 minute drive and was a lovely walk in the morning The only thing that wasn’t great was that the bedroom at the top of the house had an issue with flies. Lots and lots of dead flies were gathered in that room and the en suite. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Charlotte and Adam are amazing people. We feel fortunate to have spent special additional time with them. Their house is a marvel and was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering.

Amazing! This was our first family holiday and with little children wanted something simple but well equipped, this cabin did not disappoint, beautifully kept, everything we needed, felt very at home. The location of this cabin on the site is beyond perfect.. The on site shop and entertainment hub a 1min walk in one direction and beach and pool access in the other. This was the perfect for having a small child and baby, on rainy days a few hours in the pool, and then having fun on the beautiful beach. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be returning! Crystal the owner was also just as amazing, quick with communication and even helped us with booking ferry crossings. Thank you so much Crystal, you helped this little family create their first holiday memories together x

Had an amazing stay for my Mums birthday, the spa complex was incredible and definitely made the trip! Comfy beds and the bath and shower was incredible. Thank you so much for letting us stay - the dog enjoyed the beach only 20 mins away as well!!

A lovely little house which was perfect for our stay. Although its on a housing estate, its not overlooked at the back and has a very nice view over the garden at the back and was very peaceful and pleasant. The decor was very nice and we felt at home immediately, the king size bed was extremely comfortable and unusually I slept soundly from the first night. We found a fantastic place to eat just a few minutes drive away at Worlds End and the house itself was ideally placed to visit family in nearby Portsmouth. I would definitely recommend this place

We spent a lovely few days at Sarah’s house. The house itself is wonderful and comes completely set-up for families. From Ping-Pong, to toddler gates, it had everything we needed. It’s superb location made walks to the beach a breeze and the pub is very convenient. Sarah was also great, she was easy to communicate with, offered helpful tips and her instructions were clear. All in all, just a dreamy house to spend time in and we look forward to returning!

Sarah's place was really nice, bigger than the photos! beds were v comfy and the rooms were lovely. in a great spot just a few mins walk from everything you need. Sarah was very helpful. would definitely recommend staying

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

A very charming stylishly furnished converted barn. Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you’d need to cook a huge dinner. Everything very clean with good quality bedding. Stunning views over 3 acres. Very peaceful surroundings. Close to Petworth and lots of fabulous old pubs. We visited friends over Xmas in Petworth and it was 5 mins by car. We would have loved to savour it more and stay longer if we had the time! Can highly recommend!

Robert was a great host and answered any questions during our stay promptly and was most helpful. The house is tastefully decorated and was very clean. I can’t fault anything during our stay. A lovely place to spend a few days.

We had a really lovely stay. The house fit us comfortably (10 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies) with lots of space for the kids to run around and a great separate play area for them! The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely hamper was left for us when we arrived. The games shed was great and surroundings were beautiful- walking on to a quiet beach just off the driveway. A great place for a big family getaway- would highly recommend.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had a lovely stay at Kerry’s house . It was ideal for a family of 6 of us and we’d definitely try to book again if we come to chandlers ford again. It felt very peaceful at the corner of the cul de sack and the house was spotless and had many lovely details that Kerry had put in place that made it feel homely . Thank you Kerry

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We stayed here over Christmas (4 of us) and loved it. A great location for seeing family and a really lovely space to enjoy Christmas in!

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.
