Monthly Rentals in Emsdale

We had a wonderful stay at Brianna's cottage over the Thanksgiving long weekend. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. The cottage was cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Both hosts were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, and their warm hospitality made it even better. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely love to return!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at the cabin! Great location and very private. Perfect for our annual Autumn visit to the area to go to Algonquin Park, Huntsville and Screaming Heads. The cabin was well stocked, clean and very cozy... we truly had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a little basket of treats which was so sweet! Our kitty loved staying there as well. Leah's instructions were quite clear and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Our weekend was truly awesome, we would definitely love to come back!!!

Stayed a couple of nights at Sandor's - really lovely place, Sandor provided me with a variety of local recommendations prior to arrival. The house is located in a smaller town with a lake nearby, very peaceful and quite; the larger town nearby (Huntsville, 30min drive) has all necessary stores for grocery shopping or dining out. Further, it is located roughly an 1h drive from Algonquin Park - would really recommend to give the Park a visit, go for a hike & enjoy the nature. Sandor as host is responsive and proactive, always felt like I could reach out & get a response in a few minutes. The place looks like depicted. Really enjoyed my stay, would love to come back in the future!

My husband and I stayed here recently for 6 nights for our wedding anniversary. We had a great time. The cottage feels very private — it’s quiet and calm. Kearney is very quaint and peaceful and there’s lots to do within an hour drive (Huntsville is ~30 minutes away, Algonquin about an hour, etc). There’s lots to do in the cottage, as well. Lots of games are provided (unfortunately we weren’t able to make the most of them as many are for more than 2 people but it was still fun to look through them!), as well as books, a PS3 with games, lots of movies, and a smart TV for streaming. There’s also a bunch of items for kids to enjoy. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, spices, lots of cookware and plenty of dishes. We really enjoyed using the canoe and the firepit! We encountered a couple very minor things during our time but Lindsay was responsive and helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay and would love to come back again.
