Waterfront vacation rentals in Emerald Isle

The place was exactly what my son and his wife needed for their short but busy visit. Your place is very beautiful, quiet and in such a nice atmosphere. Bob gave us great recommendations for everything to do while in Wilmington. We have been to this area a few times over the last three years, however this time we went to new restaurants and sightseeing which were all walkable from this central location. We only used our rental car three times over the course of four days. Two of those times were to get to and from ILM airport. The sunsets were not to miss from the balcony and Bob’s hospitality was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful getaway and visit with our daughter.

Loved watching sunrise every morning right from the deck and the waves and amazing light of the moon on the waves at night was amazing !! Loved walking on the beach with no Hotels or buildings on the am - just a gorgeous part of the island !

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and we were so pleased! Syndy was incredibly helpful. She let us know about the local holiday flotilla, which was literally right across the street. She even got us an early check-in in anticipation of the traffic associated the event. Syndy responded quickly to any questions we had and just made us feel welcomed. My cousin and I had a stay-cation to get away from the flow of day to day life. We had a great time and I know we were a bit noisy one of the nights dancing listening to music. Chris and Andi were very understandable. The place was beautiful and spacious for just the two of us. Perfect for a last minute weekend getaway.

Only issue we had, guys are avid fisherman, due to low tides and timing of such, we could not dock our boat at the house. Thankfully boat launch was 2 minutes down the road so it didn’t interfere with them fishing😊. Besides that perfect vacation, beautiful water, scenery, islands to tour and very relaxing time in the evenings😊

This place was amazing! I have stayed at several places before and FINALLY one that’s listed as advertised! The views on the river and sitting on the patio and in the hot tub were amazing. The kitchen literally had everything needed to cook. Town was a short drive away. I really had an amazing time here. Spent so much time just sitting down by the river and enjoying the scenery. I would love to come back here again.

Gorgeous and well appointed houseboat in the perfect location! We had the best time! The houseboat is beautiful and in the perfect location. We had an amazing view of the battleship and the sunset from the back deck and we spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the tranquil surroundings. We loved playing cards out there and watching the boats come in and out, but also enjoyed how close it was to all that downtown Wilmington has to offer. A gorgeous stroll down the river front (which is just steps from your front door) and you are right in the heart of everything. We will definitely be back!

This was definitely the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! Great location, beautiful inside & out, so comfy. And the host was incredibly responsive & helpful. Even on Thanksgiving day, they were available to answer questions & solve problems. I just can't say enough about how great this place was. Highly recommend!!!

We have now stayed here two years in a row. We have an annual fishing trip that this place works perfectly. It is everything that is distributed and then some. What a beautiful place to watch a sunrise and sunset. Johnna is always very responsive and super helpful. What a great host. We will be back to get some more relaxation in.

We have already recommended MK's place to some others - however, we did warn them that the unit was up 34 stairs! There was nothing in the property description to indicate that and for a couple of 73 year olds the climb with all our stuff was too much. Thankfully we had our young strong kids along! We always appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and he, along with the rest of us, totally enjoyed the 2 private balconies. The ac was plenty cold, the dryer not so hot. Beds comfortable, covered parking a plus, and we all enjoyed the pool. Location was the best, able to walk to every place, and that made it worth the 34 stair climb. Highly recommend Hang Ten Grill for huge salads and best wings ever, Salt Fish for yummy cocktails and deliciously unique entrees ( make a reservation), the Fat Pelican for a fun experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay! We had the best time. When we arrived on Friday, we didn’t move our car until we left. Everything is very walkable and the Riverwalk is gorgeous. It is far enough away from the nightlife and close enough to the historic district.

Had stayed at this spot (the exact room, actually) before when I came down to Wilmington 2 years ago and when I was bringing my husband with me for my Master’s graduation, I was adamant we stay here! It’s clean, close to everything, and host is responsive and friendly! Great stay, overall!

Aaron was a great host and the location over the riverwalk is ideal with walkable access to great shops and restaurants.

Mike was very responsive and proactive with check-in instructions and directions. Great view of the river and USS NC. Walkable to anywhere downtown. Off-site parking was very manageable. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our short stay and close to everything! Nice quaint little apartment condo. You can walk to all the restaurants and places downtown. Really liked that there was a parking spot included which was not hard to find and just a block over. The view from the balcony was so beautiful over the water during the day and seeing the Xmas lights at night.
