Beach house vacation rentals in Emerald Isle

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Erin’s Home for Labor Day weekend. We were there to celebrate my birthday as well as time as a family. The home was well prepared for our stay and the necessities needed were all available. It’s such a beautiful home and having access to a pool on the premises was an added plus. The homeowners also provided us a list with information to any questions we may have needed answered which was a nice touch. I recommend anyone interested in renting a home to spend with family or friends, to consider a stay here. You won’t be disappointed! This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

This house was great! Spacious and the views amazing and the short walk to the beach was fantastic! Andrea was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely rent here again!

This was an excellent rental experience. The house is even better than the photos and our family had a lovely vacation. The pool and the backyard is very private and relaxing. We also rented the golf cart which was a highlight of the trip!

We are frequent AirBnB travelers, and this place was exceptional! Lots of space, super clean, great pool & hottub, LOVED the golf cart - a fantastic was to get around the island! Everything we needed was there from eco-friendly hygiene and cleaning items to every kitchen utensil needed to cook (which we did lots of!). The hosts were SUPER responsive when we had questions. Check out their guide book - lots of great to dos and local eateries! We've already recommended this place to friends and will definitely return if we're in the area. Beautiful place on the beach with everything you need. Renee’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed comfortably with a family of 6. The views of the ocean are great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. A great location for a family trip if you want to hang out on the beach and cook meals from the house (kitchen is really well stocked). We would definitely stay here again!

The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect! Two families stayed in the home for the weekend and there was plenty of space. It was walking distance to the beach and all CB has to offer. The house was clean and there was plenty of seasoning to cook! Michelle was responsive and proactive in communication. We definitely want to come back.

What can I say about this visit?! We had to cut our visit short because of Tropical Storm Debby but Alex was so responsive and helpful we could not ask for a better host. This is our second year and love the area. House has everything for great beach days including bikes! You do not need to bring anything for the beach. The house is homey and stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels and linens. We will be back.

The location of this home is perfect! Direct access to the beach with no obstruction of beach views. Host had excellent communication with us and we would definitely stay in this home in the future.

We appreciated the secure garage parking, especially since rain was predicted. The entrance lock appeared to be new and worked well. Checkout tasks were minimal. We booked close to the beach and appreciated the offer to use the bikes, wagon and beach gear. Provisions and directions for rinsing sand off gear and feet were provided. The rental is privately situated and has convenient access to beach activities. We had fun.

Don’t even think twice, just book it. It’s absolutely worth it and will exceed your expectations. Extremely beautiful house, location and property. Will Definitely try to snag this place again next year!!

We stayed at this house for my son’s deployment homecoming. He is stationed at Cherry Point, which is only about 30 minutes away. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard is great, and a huge bonus for my 5 month old black Lab. The location is fantastic! The beach is beautiful and a really short walk from the house. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Restaurants and Shops are also within walking distance, which is a plus.

Preston was an excellent host. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and it was easy to tell Preston goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an excellent stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and linens perfectly clean! We loved having use of the provided beach wagon and chairs! Would definitely recommend Preston as a host anytime!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our toddler loved the house, it allowed plenty of space for the late night zooming to be had. It was a very short walk to the beach and super close to great restaurants! Sharon was super responsive and helpful with our questions! We loved it!

If you like a beach setting, if you like the lure of the ICW and marsh as i do, then you will love Bob and Donna's listing in Oak Island. This is my new favorite place. Perfect home away from home for my family of 5. Home and amenities are perfect. Wonderful Carolina room and back deck with great views . Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

This home is incredible! We enjoyed this trip more than any other we have had recently!! Adorable home, well decorated, and we had everything we might need! The best part was the ability to use the beach equipment, kayaks, and bicycles from the home. The walk to the beach is perfect! Chris was very helpful, responsive, and always working to be sure our stay was the best. He went above and beyond for us, and we felt like more than just another renter. My family loved this home and hope to return again to this home soon!!
