The view from the third floor balcony of Seasons place was even better than described. Very clean accommodations and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend Seasons place.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

THAT VIEW! The moment you walk through the door and the sun hits, you know you're in a great place. The rental was incredibly clean. Furniture, beds, and linens were in great condition & comfy. We encountered little issues that she remedied right away. What to know beforehand? There was construction occurring on the complex during our stay that was so loud from 9-5 that we could not hear each other talk, so we had no option but to leave the condo all day, every day. Sunni was apologetic for not knowing/ informing us that it would be right at our unit while we were there and did help us with a tranquil escape for a morning. We appreciated that kind gesture. You could likely just call Atlantic Towers to find out more info on construction as the on-site staff were also kind & helpful. Overall, Sunni is a great host with a spectacular unit and we would absolutely stay again! P.S. We watched the dolphins everyday, too.

My two friends and I stayed at Nicholas’ place for a wedding in Carolina Beach. The condo was in the perfect location, with ~1.2 miles away from the strip of restaurants, bars, etc. the place was super and clean and had so many amenities readily available. Check in was a breeze, the stay was a blast and the check out was easy. Highly recommend going for a morning sunrise walk, visiting the Fat Pelican and stopping at the local vegetable and fruit stand. The one slight down fall is the amount of stairs when going up to the condo, especially if you are lugging around an oversized suitcase or a lot of groceries; however, the view makes up for the stairs. Thank you Nicholas for an impeccable stay; I will be returning!

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

Great stay ! Loved how close the location was to beaches. We walked to Sand Dollar beach and enjoyed our beach day. Place was so clean and organized ! Even gave us some items to use for the beach such as, beach towels, cooler and a speaker ! All the amenities were awesome to have. My fiancée loved waking up and making coffee by using the Keurig and K cups. A sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves splash. The place overall was such a lovely place. So many things to do and such a lovely drive down the Carolina beaches into Kure beach area. Near the Aquarium and Ferry that will take you across to look at all the lighthouses. Great place and great area to explore. Wonderful locals and awesome COFFEE SHOP !!! C & G !!!!!

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

Great stay, beautiful view of the beach from the back patio. 10 min drive from most stores and restaurants. 20-30 min drive to Downtown Wilmington. Perfect beach getaway home. Host were great as well.

This location has direct access to the pools and the beach - amazing! It is also right next to lobby and the restaurant. Very easy to get inside. This part of Wrightsville Beach is secluded - which we loved. The unit was very well appointed- perfect size for 2-3 people. They have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Would stay again.

I decided to come down to get some work done and chose this place and it was an awesome decision. It was so peaceful, easy to find the room as well as cozy and comfy. There’s a restaurant right next to the room, which is perfect for any quick bites and amazing view outside. It was quite peaceful and I actually did a lot of my work sitting out on the patio. Definitely a nice place to spend your night at in Topsail!

This was one of our very favorite Air Bnb's that we have ever stayed in. Spectacular view, amenities and all the comforts of home. Denise communicates clearly and has everything ready for you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend. You can't beat the view on the balcony!

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

What a gorgeous setting! We started and ended each day on the deck looking out over the water. Andrew was a super host and we so appreciate him sharing his beautiful condo. The place was clean, felt safe, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect respite. Thanks again!

Steve was an amazing host for my family of 4 (2.5 year old and 3 month old). We were right on the water and saw amazing sunrises and sunsets. The place was very clean and had everything listed. We went to the boardwalk and aquarium and loved how close everything was from the place. Steve called before we got there to go over all the check in details and even was able to get us early check in. We loved relaxing on the beach and playing in the sand. Thankfully they have an elevator because the third floor is fairly high for kids to walk back and forth often.

This place is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Could even be used for 4 people since the living room has a good amount of space. The oceanfront view on the large deck is incredible. Perfectly out of the way too but less than 5 minutes from food and groceries. Highly recommend ordering from Cape Fear Boil Seafood Company and eating it on the deck. Your own ocean front seafood meal. Would love to visit again.

Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

Overall I loved my stay. I was there for about a month and worked remotely while there. The place has everything you could need for a long term stay. There were 3 large storms that came through during my stay including hurricane helene. Kimberly always sent a message before hand to inform me of storms and that she was keeping an eye on them. The internet was knocked out by one and she provided a new internet service the very next day. There is beach access directly across the road. The only problem I had during my stay was getting there the first day my phone directed me to drive on canal st. You don’t need to and at certain times of the month this road will flood to the point of not being able to drive through. As I’m not from a coastal area this was a learning experience, so for reference you may want to avoid that street.

Sabine was an incredible host! She reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabana is street view but nothing can beat being so close to the beach. A few steps and you are on the boardwalk where you can go to the beach or go to a number of different bars, restaurants, dessert places. Parking was never an issue in the garage and I always felt very secure having coded for all the entry ways. Would definitely stay here again - 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay! The location is great. Quiet beach area. Walking distance to The Lazy Turtle and KoKo Cabana for beachfront food/drinks. Beautiful sunsets each evening!
