5 stars…unit was clean and modern. Felt very private due to placement on the property. Host/co-host were very welcoming, responsive, and helped make it a great stay. I would definitely book again if I was staying in the area.

Me and my hubby stayed here a handful of nights with our dog and cat. The place was just as described and very homey. Its like a little apartment. Has a oven and micro and mini fridge. Spacious bathroom. My pets loved looking out the window and watching the buses go by. Would stay again.

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.

This was a great option for an overnight stay, where we needed 3 bedrooms. Would definitely stay again, if in the area.
