Great place and easy with a dog . The fact they had a stair gate to prevent dogs going upstairs was brilliant . There were a lot of restaurants and sights accessible on foot . We used it as a base to travel out and do long walks on beaches and estuary’s . Secure garden for dog .

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

This was my first air b&b booking and it has honestly been amazing. Michelle was very helpful in accommodating our large group for my wedding and answering all my questions. It was a lovely house to stay in, we all had plenty of space to move around and not once did we feel on top of each other. If I ever found myself in Bocking or the surrounding area it is one that I would book again. I would love to explore the fields out the back and spend more time in the surrounding area. The house was in the perfect location and everything about it was great.

Myself and my partner and Labrador had a lovely stay for a few nights at Jo's. Such a thoughtful host, all bits there needed for a dog stay and even little biscuits for him. Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh bread, eggs etc was all so kind. Such a comfortable bed and very peaceful location with some lovely walks around.

The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. We were a party of 10 and we found we had everything we could possibly need and enough room to live comfortably. We stayed mainly around the house, cooking meals and playing games by the open fire but ventured out for country walks and to visit the alpacas, which were a highlight. Overall a fantastic weekend, we can't wait to come back.

This is a fabulous barn, with plenty of space and very comfortable. The decor had so much character and had such a luxurious and comfortable feel. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful peaceful getaway.

Staying second time with my friends in this beatiful house. Everything was perfect. One new find is lovely animal farm in 10 minutes by car from the house with cute wallabies!

We had a great stay! Spontaneous trip and Rohan was very attentive, nice looking caravan site great position right on the beach! Accommodation, spacious, clean and fresh. Looking forward to our next visit!

A nice place to stay when we were in the area for a wedding. Quiet in the winter and easy to access most sites in the immediate region. Debbie's caravan was immaculately clean and bed very comfortable.

The Brambles is set in a pretty, private and peaceful location. The bungalow was spacious, comfortable (not least the bed!), and well equipped too. Alice herself was friendly, helpful and always prompt to respond to messages sent. We'd be happy to return to the Brambles again and would recommend there to anyone visiting the area looking for a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Polly’s cottage, the kids loved the garden swing and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace and peaceful surroundings - we’d love to come back in the summer time!

This was our first time selecting Airbnb and what a lovely find! Eileen and Catherine were lovely and very responsive. If you’re looking for great value and a peaceful location then this is the place for you! The attention to detail like the blankets coordinated for each room, lots of books, sign in to Netflix were perfect! My baby daughter loved this and felt at home. We had a lovely experience at the Puffin cottage. The environment was very peaceful and the beach is just a few minutes walk from the house. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean and has a large garden. I will visit again.

Rivony is a wonderful place to stay and I have been back a few times now with my springer spaniel, Maggie. Christine is extremely friendly and she always leaves bread, milk, butter, biscuits, fresh fruit and snacks to welcome you.! She is also very flexible and if bookings permit, will be flexible with arrival and departure times. It is a perfect space for one or two people, spacious and spotless with all the amenities you could need. Yoxford is ideally placed to visit local beauty spots on the coast - Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Aldeburgh, Orford and the Snape Maltings and if you are interested in Angel Churches, visit Blyburgh and Huntingfield - fabulous. Just returned from a fabulous weekend with perfect weather and already thinking of when I can return in the New Year.

We stayed at Catherines place for a few days over October half term. Catherine communicated very well before and during our stay. The home itself had everything you need, it was clean and comfortable. You could not ask for more with somewhere to stay. We had our 11 year old son with us and our dog Jack and they were both comfortable with lots of walks and a small fishing lake. Thank you so much for a fabulous few days.
