Great place to stay and is very peaceful away from all the city noise and ruckus. This was my first time booking and trying an airbnb and the hosts definitely made it much easier to understand what to do and how everything works with this system as their instructions for check in and rules were clear and they were available to help and were very friendly

My boyfriend and I had a great time. With the Light Rail being so close, it was easy to get around Seattle. Also if you want to rent a ZipCar, there’s some cars very close by as well. Tried out some of the hosts local food recommendations too and we fell in love with Geraldine’s Counter. The AirBnB had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Seattle.

Hands down one of the nicest AirBnB's we've stayed at. Beautifully put together, and spotless with a comfortable bed and a delightful walkable residential neighborhood with restored older homes, just one block away from a charming little downtown area. Ken was friendly and helpful too. Next time we come up for a jazz concert or other doings in this area, we'll be sure to check here first.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and there were multiple restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Seattle.
