John and Diane were AMAZING!! Beds were comfortable, everything, everything was clean, and my boys loved the television selection!! The kitchen was well stocked and organized. It was quiet and we will come again for sure!!! Thank you so much!!

Had an excellent stay at Kathryn & Tom’s place! Very cozy space & comfortable bed, & their home is located in a nice area of Seattle - close to downtown & close to some beautiful parks. The instructions/directions in advance about checking in & finding their home as well as info in the space the were all incredibly clear, thorough, & welcoming. Having parking available was so helpful (& it also seemed there was ample additional street parking down the block as well, if needed). Kathryn also quickly & thoughtfully answered any questions. Overall, a lovely stay & an excellent respite while I was in Seattle on a gig.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seattle at this location! It seemed to have everything we needed. The orca cards were very useful along with the totes to buy things when we were out and about. The only negative thing was you have to go up a hill each time you need to leave. It left us breathless each time and it would be very difficult to take your luggage up and down. It is a bit of a walk to the station as well but it does say that in the description. We had to make sure we got back when it was still daylight because walking alone at night can feel a little unsafe. Overall really nice place though! We were not disturbed at all.

This was perfect for our 3 day trip to Seattle. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of street parking. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this as an option for our next Seattle trip.

Wonderful, spacious place in a lovely residential setting with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable. Excellent communication--Karen sent us photos in advance so we could easily find the right house/entrance. Getting in was no problem even though we arrived quite late. All the information we needed was provided in a binder and Karen quickly responded to any questions we had. I sincerely hope Karen's place is available the next time we come to Seattle!

The stay I had was great, the room was exactly as described, the amenities for what was provided worked well, and the location for me was exactly what I needed. Kyle as a host was very communicative and responsive to me and very helpful.

Host very responsive. Was willing to let me check in early, although it didn’t happen. I even text him early morning asking about a toilet plunger. He responded right away, thankfully! Hahaha 😅 I did not love the parking. The area was decent for Seattle. Hot tub was a great touch. Thanks for the stay!

This place was a very nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and hot tub was amazing. The only thing i was not aware of was that the house is a duplex and we were on the bottom. It was not a big problem but it would have been nice to be told ahead of time.

without a doubt, i would stay here again in a heartbeat! in a world where 5-star ratings are fast losing their meaning, Sophie & Zach's place truly is excellent. not just because it is exactly as advertised and such a cozy/comfortable place, but because it's clear from the outset that they are thoughtful hosts who take pride in sharing a warm space hosts/places like these are what keep the original spirit of Airbnb alive :)

We loved staying at Peter and Dah's place for our anniversary. The amenities were just as listed. The heated bathroom floors were AMAZING!! Lots of local recommendations, peaceful mornings looking out over the water. The hot tub was great after walking around all day. Loved looking at the history of the house, it has come together so wonderfully!

I Airbnb a lot. All over the country and international. This was by far my favorite place. Loved it.

If you have any business at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, or want to check out the downtown this is the place to stay. Super close to everything, but quiet. And I really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the space and in the bathroom.

Bellissima! I would give the accommodations, responsiveness, and surroundings more than 5 stars if I could. We will definitely be staying here again. First, it is on Capital Hill has so many of the best small restaurants, stores, breweries shops, and bakeries (!!Bakery Nouveau!!) the area has to offer! The house is located on a quiet treelined street which is idyllic with off street parking. The apartment is immaculate and cozy beyond belief. We were able to relax by the fire, work in the office, and sleep contently in the cushy bed easily every day after activities outside the home. The apartment is clearly described but even better. It has every amenity you would want to make a 5 course meal or order in. It is fully stocked in the bathroom, bedroom, and office as well to make your stay easy. We lacked for absolutely nothing. The hosts are next level. I have been in 40+ AIRBNBs over the last 12 years and by far they are the most generous and welcoming gentlemen. THANK YOU!

Had a great week in this apartment. It has a nice kitchen and the bed is comfy. Neighborhood is great and it's close to the arboretum which is always a great place to explore. Would stay again!

Lovely location even a bit of a sunset view. People were responsive, flexible and kind. I also got a great deal because I was at their place in the winter months...I would definitely go back.
