Vacation rentals with lake access in Elliot Lake

Beautiful place in gorgeous surroundings. Rohit was a fantastic host and he really made sure the place has anything you might need during your stay. In addition to being tastefully decorated, it was also functional: the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was made for cooking with many great appliances. Plus there is so much to do! Tons of board games, a sauna, steam shower, a pool table… you won’t be bored. The instructions and rules seemed a bit overwhelming at first but were really simple and easy once we were there. It appears some past guests may not have been very respectful of the property so that’s why these were so extensive and comprehensive. Don’t let this detract you from staying here. The key rules are even posted in the home in relevant areas so you won’t forget. We just got back from a November long weekend and it was a beautiful winter wonderland by the time we left. I’d love to see it in summer too. It seems like a great place to visit year round.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Would highly recommend stopping here if you’re travelling the Trans Canada Highway. The property sits right on the Mississaugi River and provides regular sightings of bald eagles. The house was extremely cozy and felt like home, with incredible views of the river from the backside of the house. We will definitely stay again on our next Ontario trip! Additional: We saw over 20 different bald eagles along the river on our drive out from the property! Absolutely incredible.

Great place to stay, good quality cookware exc.. Snowmobile Trail is very close and easy to get on. Exactly what we were after. The place was clean and comfy.

I was working in town for a couple of days and this place was perfect for my needs. comfiest bed in town, and Sylvia is very welcoming and accommodating.

I felt at home from the time we entered the property. The cottage was very spacious and had a lot of natural light coming in. The sunroom/ living room was my favorite. You felt even when you were inside, you were still connected to the outside with all the windows. Outside it had a large deck, with a covered portion, and step down you could sunbath. The lake side was amazing, having crystal clear water and paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. If that wasn’t enough, there was an amazing sauna that also had windows that allowed you to see the kids swimming in the lake. Bridal veil falls and the cup and saucer trails are really close by, which makes this property amazing. I will definitely book this property again.

Great place, perfect for a longer stay

This location surpassed our expectations and we are now looking for other repurposed vacations in the future. The options of toiletries was such a great idea or the snacks in the kitchen awaiting us for a late night sneak was brilliant. Looking forward to a spring stay to spend time with family again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. James was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Rene and Sandra was very friendly and attentive. We arrived late and they realized our walking was not great they both came and carried our belongings to and from the unit .It was a bit of an incline. This was SOOO helpful to us. The area is very quiet and peaceful ...so relaxing. Sandra was there quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Ardissa was an extremely gracious host. She even lent me after-sun when I had a bad sunburn! The bed, room, and house are all cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils for all our cooking needs. The house and local area is extremely peaceful. We had fun walking down the trail on the property, going to the semi-private beach, and even just walking down the road and seeing all sorts of flora & fauna. The nearby town of Kagawong is a sweet town on the water with a great chocolate shop and weekly market. We had an excellent time overall. I would highly recommend staying at Ardissa’s if you are considering travelling to Manitoulin.

We had the most amazing time at the cottage. Tons of space for all our family , ages ranging from 1 to seniors. The beautiful layout and amenities were to die for! We all loved the common spaces for games, relaxing, cooking and dining. Days were mostly spent on the dock enjoying the beautiful water, SUP’s, canoes, fishing and snorkelling. The fire pit with sunset views was also incredible. Definitely an amazing experience and we plan on going again next year!

Our time at Brennan’s Harbour RV resort was just what my husband and I needed to recharge. The model mobile home pictures match exactly to what you see when you arrive. Berndy was fast and efficient at answering questions and showing us around the cottage. There were small delights waiting inside like homemade loaf for breakfast!! Our fire pit was private and wood was supplied, as well as fire starters. Appliances inside are clean and modern. There is a large deck which is partially covered to enjoy the rain while being protected. We truly enjoyed our time away up North and cannot wait for you to enjoy Brennan’s Harbour RV resort as much as we did!!! 10/10!

Great place. Had Everything we needed , beautifully decorated , bedroom fresh and inviting Hostess Lisa was amazing so accommodating Beach was nice and private. Outside furniture great Thanks for the experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Sharon’s. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you would need. The view of the lake is beautiful. The sauna is also an extra bonus. The cabins are in close quarters of each other. We had great neighbours during our stay so we didn’t see that as a problem.

This property is rather remote in a great way - private, still, peaceful with a million dollar view from the well equipped and comfortably furnished living areas. The road leading to the residence provides awesome views out over the bay as well as close up exposure to the last vestiges of the Niagara escarpment. This is a property for those who want to be close to nature and soothed by the sound of waves and wind.

What a wonderful time we had at Lauzon Lake !!! It’s beautiful , the cottages are well equipped and you will not find better hosts. Rachel and Jeremy go out of their way to make you feel at home. Communication was excellent. Book it !!! You won’t be sorry. Nature in northern Ontario at its very best !’
