Vacation rentals with lake access in Algoma District

Excellent location if looking for peaceful. Neighbours were very quiet and little to no passing traffic. Easy accessibility to local amenities. Well stocked home with everything you could need for a stay.

I had the most relaxing and lovely stay. Jane’s place is beautiful and in the most beautiful and pristine location. Close to Sault Sainte Marie and right on a beautiful day I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The bed was super comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend here. The lake, sunset, starry sky, bonfire, and fireplace created an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. We relaxed in the hot tub, gazing at the stars, and after a sauna session, enjoyed a restful sleep. Even though it's far from the city, the Starlink internet was fast, so there was no inconvenience at all. The facilities are also fully equipped. Highly recommended!

Definitely a repeat booking place, It's worth every lucky penny! whether you're visiting family or in it for the Outdoor hobbies. Property has two to three steps to get inside and a full staircase inside from main floor to the Second Story, Although can be slippery in socks! Recommendations: *Stop in Elliot Lake to get firewood And kindling because the fireplace is just that tempting* *flashlight because there's no light pollution. like zero.* * If you're looking for a bite to eat in town, I recommend fireside Classic Grill It's near the Nofrills.*

Jeanie's place was exactly as advertised: private, pet- and family-friendly. Perfect for families with toddlers and preteens. On a very quiet lake with very few cottages. So peaceful. And yet only 15 minutes to town. Jeanie responded to a question within minutes and showed up in person immediately. A great host!

Johanne was a lovely host. Very helpful and responsive and provided clear instructions. The home was beautiful. Very charming and quaint. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Had a great stay with Sandra for a night. Communication was fantastic and she was very flexible accepting our family pets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy loft! The loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay. The information binder was a great resource for suggesting hiking trails. There is a restaurant next door available for takeout. It did close at 6pm this time of year, so check their hours. The General Store (right next door) has delicious and fresh apple fritters! A must try! The host was friendly and very responsive! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!! :)

Great place to stay. The price is good, the place was a decent size and very clean. It included dishes and condiments/seasoning for food. It also has a barbecue, fire pit, blankets and pillows. The lake was also nice. Overall great place, recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Fasel's place. There was enough space and the location is very attractive with access to the lake and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

We had wonderful time and enjoyed this place a lot although we only stayed one night. Kate is a very nice and responsive person. She provide very detail information about the cottages and for sure we will come back sometime in the future or recommend to friends. Thank you, Kate.

We really enjoyed staying at Dave and Marcia’s cottage. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed and was really comfortable. Located on the water with an amazing view….we couldn’t have been happier!! The hosts were very friendly and provided us with a 5 star Airbnb experience. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend to others.

Flora was a sweet host. She checked in to make sure that everything was ok and if we needed anything. We were there for the Agawa Train Ride. The cabin was about 30 minutes north and easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay there and loved the location.

Had a great time on Dunlop Lake! Dale and Jess are amazing hosts, and my family and I had made a life time of memories in only a week! Amazing sunrises everyday, canoe trips and fishing daily with the kids. Already planning more trips to Elliot Lake and keeping Dale and Sunrise Bay in mind. A thousand thanks!!

What a beautiful and amazing weekend we spent at Spruce cabin. Robin and her family made us feel right at home, complete with daily visits from their sweet dog! Robin’s property is absolutely beautiful, the rest and relaxation we felt was so necessary and exactly when you look for when getting out of Toronto for a trip up north. Robin shared lots of local hiking trails and scenic drives, and surprised us with some fresh cherry tomatoes from the community garden I got to enjoy with breakfast. This is a property that we can see ourselves visiting yearly, especially during the beautiful fall colours. Spruce was well lit, and warm in the evenings thanks to the heaters. The screened in porch was perfect for reading and taking in the lake view. The lake was calm, serene and they provided canoes, kayaks and SUPs (along with life jackets), that my husband enjoyed very much. If you see an open weekend here at Spruce ( or any cabin on the property) BOOK IT! Thank you again, Robin!
