House vacation rentals in Ellijay

This was our second time staying at Kerri and Steven’s place! The last time was me and my partner’s anniversary in 2023, and they decorated for us and left us treats. This time we were just going for a little staycation, and it was perfect of course. The bed is extremely comfortable and huge! We like that the TV can basically be seen from anywhere in the living room too! we sat out on the deck when the UV was high and got some sun with a view! So nice :)) Thankyou for hosting us again!

What a beautiful place to stay to unwind and relax. This cabin was spotless with amazing amenities and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are amazing, the beds are sooo comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to relax each night! Do yourself a favor and stay here!

This home is beautiful and exactly as described. My girls and I loved it for a quick weekend getaway. The hot tub was a hit with my teenage daughters and having their own area upstairs away from the main room so they could stay up all night and not keep me up. lol. I would definitely put this on a list of return properties to visit.

Home has everything to make you feel cozy, welcome, frankly no need to leave. Beautiful, peaceful views. the pictures are accurate. Really Appreciated Lisa's prompt responses and making her home available to experience Ellijay for our anniversary. We enjoyed 2 vineyards near by, Buckley and Otts. shout out to Nancy suggested their campfire red blend from Buckleys . Followed by getting a delicious small pie at Ellijay Cold fire pizza for appetizer, then grilling out the perfect ribeye on the balcony. Relaxed in hot tub, and retired to a very comfy bed.

Just got back from an unforgettable stay at The Black House cabin—and I can honestly say, it was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled in nature, the space was the perfect mix of cozy, modern, and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Every detail was thoughtful—from the sleek design to the comfortable touches that made it easy to relax and truly unplug. Waking up to the sounds of nature, sipping coffee with a view, and winding down by the fire—it was the reset we didn’t know we needed. The kids loved it. We loved it. And we’ll definitely be back. This was the perfect place for our stay. We are moving to the area and needed a place to stay transitional and this worked perfect. Great place, roomy and comfortable and private. Liked it so much we extended our stay by 2 more weeks.

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Kim was super sweet, highly responsive and has thought of everything in the house. The kitchen is equipped with almost any cooking tool/pots & pans. The house comes with plenty of towels & toiletries. Besides the river, the coffee bar was probably my favorite part of the house; what a well thought out & fully stocked coffee bar! I had 2 special requests and Kim was wonderful about both. Check in was easy-peasy. The river is stunning. We enjoyed cool wildlife like beavers floating down the river & hawks flying above clutching their catch of the day. And so many birds singing! We enjoyed a very clean hot tub after a long day of canoeing & hiking. I also loved the special touch of seasonal decor throughout the home showing extra care about their guest’s experience making it feel like home. The kids enjoyed the pool/air hockey table a lot so that was a great feature upstairs! Thanks Kim!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was just as pictured. The space was perfect for my husband, teenage daughter, her friend, our small dog, and me. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and the even shorter walk to our favorite brewery (Grumpy Old Men). We will definitely keep this property on our list for future trips.

Wonderful location, close to town. Had everything in the kitchen to enjoy thanksgiving with the whole family!! Definitely recommend and will rebook!!

The house was a perfect getaway for Thanksgiving! The kids enjoyed looking for crawdads in the creek, the playground, and yard for our Turkey Bowl. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. It was a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I were gathering together from 3 different states to one mountain cabin in Georgia. We found Beary Happy because it met our requirements. Upon arrival, it was much better than expected inside and out! Rainy times were not a problem because the home had plenty to keep us occupied while the resort had lots for us to do when tge sun shined. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming, providing us far more than we could have hoped for. We lacked nothing but groceries, which were nearby. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh! We hope to go there again in the future and we thank you for hosting us.

Our family has been coming to Bear Paw for the last 20 years for our family reunion. This was our first time in this cabin, and it didn't disappoint. Plenty of space, and our children truly enjoyed the game room and well stocked board games. We ended up meeting the neighbors when enjoying the lake and they were so wonderful as well.

I came with my family to enjoy thanksgiving in the mountains. This place was beautiful, the house was cozy, and Veronica was SUPER responsive to all questions I had!

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. The house was comfortable with plenty of room and fantastic views of the lake below and the mountains that surrounded us. Easy to get into Murphy for shopping and restaurants. We loved the Chop House!! We will book this house again!

We absolutely loved the house! It was perfect for relaxing and spending time connecting! We really appreciated every small detail throughout the home down to the dog bones and bowls for the pups. These ladies thought of everything. It felt like home! Having stayed in many rental properties, this home is a shining star and one I would highly recommend! It was a positive and truly a memorable experience!

Elizabeth is the host you dream about. She made everything so easy for us… from directions & check-in to great restaurant and winery recommendations . The house is charming and has everything you need to make yourself at home. But the best part of our trip was relaxing on the back porch with a beautiful view of the pasture, watching deer, wild turkeys and blue birds nesting nearby.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

This is our second time visiting this home. It is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed a wedding rehearsal dinner hosting friends/family and it served as a prep area for our beautiful bride and her bridesmaids before the wedding just down the road. We enjoyed the large open space and the firepit! Only remotely negative thing I would say was the "curious" neighbor across the road up on the hill could benefit from a new hobby. Unfortunately her inquisitivness could easily be interpreted as Karen behavior, especially being directed towards 13 year olds unloading cars for their parents. Her, nor her behavior kept us from enjoying our joyful weekend surrounded by our family and friends though. I would definitely recommend this home, and I would definitely stay here again. Great for a place to sleep and recover.

Amazing location and peaceful scenery! The house is nicer in person than in the pictures and extra bonus, there were plenty of games to play to include foosball,air hockey, and cornhole. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was perfect! Clean, comfy, lots of board games! We enjoyed our stay!
