Beautiful place! Close to Mt. bachelor and Bend. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. They have bikes in the garage for you to use. Highly recommend staying here!

This house is an absolute gem! Situated in a fantastic location, it blends modern aesthetics with comfort perfectly. The host is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot without a second thought!

I wrapped up my 2-week Oregon trip at Linda's AirBnB, and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is perfect! A stone's throw from the front door is the Deschutes river walkway which takes you on a pretty 7-minute walk to the Old Mill District. Old Bend isn't too much further on. If you're there during the warmer months, I highly recommend renting bikes for your stay, everything is easily accessible, and alleviates the need to find parking. There is a TON to do in the Bend area and Linda is a wealth of information on where to go based on your preferences. She's easily accessible if needed, but has a ton of information on site for you to discover on your own. As for space itself.....the best way I can describe it is luxurious! The bedding was more comfy than my own at home LOL. I felt safe, comfortable and right at home. I'll be back to Bend in the near future, and Linda's space will be my go-to!

Wonderful place for an active family (with 2 teens and 2 dogs) as a launch pad to explore the amazing surroundings. 25-30 mins to Mt. Bachelor ski area and 20-25 to Bend. Smith Rock state park 50-55. The house itself has ample space, was very clean, and the pics of the epic, fully fenced backyard don’t do it justice!! It’s truly a stand-out! Our pups were in absolute heaven and we enjoyed the outdoor space as a family. For when we were at the house, we enjoyed the full bevy of “toys”… ping pong, air hockey, lawn games, bikes, you name it, they have it. And for when we were ready to collapse and wind down, the reclining sofa seats were quite the treat. Minor suggestion would be to add a few more basic kitchen items (a baking dish or two, some add’l kitchen hand tools) for those who will cook there more often (they did have a whole variety of cooking/processing machinery). Had a couple questions come up while there and Tram was very quick to respond and offer help. We’d visit again!

Our family really enjoyed the house. There were 11 adults and four children on the last night of our stay and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. We played ping pong, foosball, rode bikes, enjoyed the hot tub and sat around the fire pit. The backyard is a bit rustic, but we loved it. There were hundreds and hundreds of pine cones everywhere. So, the kids and I played pine cone baseball. Had a blast! The patio area was large and the fire pit was great. All in all, everyone enjoyed their time at the Cinder Butte House.

This home has an excellent layout allowing your group to stretch out. With 3 living rooms, a large kitchen, and the river view, this is an excellent choice. I have stayed in many STR's and this is high on my list. The house is about a 10-15 min walk to the downtown area. This area has lots of shops and restaurants. Additionally, there are other restaurants even closer. This is truly in the downtown section of Bend and an easy walk to many attractions. If it's First Friday during your visit, go downtown. Lots of fun activities!

We were in the area for a wedding. Sandra's place was one of the better places I found. It was clean and in a great location not far off of the highway and close to our venue. I wish that we had packed a cooler of food as there is not a grocery store in the area so we had to eat out which was pretty limited, but we made it work. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of throw blankets for lounging on the couch since it poured rain the entire time we were there. We would recommend this as a great place to stay if you're in the area. Just remember you are VERY remote, so pack food, not just snacks (the Chevron has plenty of those)

Megan’s house was amazing. it was exactly what the pictures looked like. We loved the two levels. it was perfect for my husband and I and our two boys. The stove was a little complicated to use at first but once u figure it out it works very well . Will definitely be staying here again

Overall this home was very nice! Some of the highlights were that it was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and many amenities were included like spices, dishwasher detergent, etc. Having wood to build a fire in the winter was also very nice!

Robin and Mike’s magical cabin was the perfect place for me at the perfect time. An escape to nature with gorgeous views of the river and a footpath to meander and view river otters, birds, and even a beaver. The cabin itself was so cozy and had intentional homey touches that made the place stand out as special. Robin was not only responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, but she was warm, friendly and ultimately very happy to have the opportunity to share this magical place with guests as you can tell the place is special for her too. I could not more highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

This was our third visit to Laura’s property and it once again delivered to be a great stay. We travelled with 4 adults and 4 kiddos and everyone had enough space. Everything was clean, esthetically well furnished and the host was incredibly responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place! It's tucked away in the woods which made it feel private and you're surrounded by nature, which we liked. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the open kitchen / dinning room / living room is great for socializing with family. I would recommend this place if you're coming to Black Butte.

Very comfortable home for two families. Nicely furnished and decorated. Great game room and play room, comfortable beds. Stable internet for working remotely. Despite poor weather conditions we still had a lot of fun and plenty to do.

Chris’s property was nothing short of fantastic! The private pond was gorgeous and so was the home. Well stocked with everything you might need for a get away. I would highly recommend and would gladly go back next time I am in the Bend area.

Enjoyed our stay. The home came with many board games to choose from, bikes to ride, and lots of local activities. The kitchen is filled with everything you may need to cook, BBQ, bake, etc. Lovely area, proactive and responsive host!

Wow. Speechless. After just one night, we decided to spend our next entire New Year’s holiday here. This place is beyond incredible. No photo or review can prepare you for the view in person. The attention to detail in this Airbnb is truly next-level. We absolutely loved our weekend. Easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had, 100% top of our list.

The house was beautiful and there was so much to do. The game room was so much fun! We took the bikes out for a relaxing ride by the woods and even stopped to shoot hoops at the basketball court nearby. The house provided everything for us to make meals and there was also extra towels and blankets for us to use. Communication w the host was great I would definitely recommend this place !

This is such a cute little spot! Host is very kind and super responsive. The space was so clean and welcoming and there was even a large selection of delicious teas to choose from! Me and my 6 friends loved Ryan’s place! It slept all of us extremely comfortably. Very clean and tidy home. Great access to the river, and the hot tub is awesome. Hope to stay here again!

We all really enjoyed our stay here! David, Adam and Hannah are VERY responsive hosts and helped with anything and everything we needed! The house is very cute and cozy and we really enjoyed all of the Japanese styled furniture and artwork. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a quaint stay in a fabulous retreat like Black Butte Ranch!
