Monthly Rentals in El Solvito

This place offers a LOT of value for a low price and the owner is a kind man. It is quiet, like all the other reviews already said (I'm sensitive to noise, that's why I chose this listing!) with barely any traffic. There aren't any direct neighbors next door either so you don't hear the typical neighbor sounds. I have to warn you that rural Spain does have an endemic problem with barking dogs, even at night, but in this house you only hear them from farther away, so it's ok. You could always buy some earplugs if necessary. I always sleep with earplugs in my life in general. In my review, I really want to highlight that in this village, you can get almost anything you'd ever need on foot. It's a 2 minute walk to a small market, cafes and a restaurant, a 4 min walk to a supermarket, and a big supermarket is 10 min max. 2 more things: English is rare in Luque, and you should still have a car. I had no car, for tourism that's not optimal. I already miss the calm village atmosphere..

The BnB is beautifully situated among the olive groves. Furnishings neatly and equipped with every comfort. After a warm car ride, it's great to cool off in the patio. We only used this stay for 1 night but definitely recommend it. Please use the directions sent in the last email . Maps will send you to the village otherwise😉

The house of 10, spacious, well located, swimming pool, heated, and a long etc. The communication with Jose and the treatment is very good and very attentive, to repeat without a doubt.
