Monthly Rentals in El Perdigón

Our stay in José's penthouse was super good, since before arrival they were very friendly and helpful, we even asked him for advice to eat and the grill that indicated us was one of the best places we visited. The penthouse is impeccable, it is very hot, spacious, very large, it is less than 10 minutes from the center, with a multitude of shops, bars, etc., even 2m there is a supermarket also (there are several but that very close). It is to be appreciated that they will leave things for breakfast, since we arrived late the day before and on top I was wrong and brought capsules not compatible but thanks to José it was not a problem. The parking under the house is a joy too. Due to the cold, we were left wanting to break the super terrace, so we didn't rule out coming back! 100% recommended

Apartment faithful to the description, very clean and with everything you need, in a quiet area and at the same time 10' walk from the center and a few minutes from the river and the promenade. Margarita gave us very useful information as a supermarket of the neighborhood since we arrived on holiday and it was all closed. In addition, he left us in the apartment some delicious cupcakes for breakfast, as well as coffee...( thank you so much!!) A great host who made it easier for us to check in, but above all the check out, since we could stay longer and not have to carry the luggage until our departure by train...Very good communication and very friendly!! A very pleasant stay in Cristina's apartment, very central, in the area with restaurants bars and cafes. The apartment was very clean with all kinds of services and all the rooms and outdoor living room. I will definitely recommend Cristina's apartment since it is excellent.
