Perfect little guest house w privacy. Loved the easy access & the curtains that secluded the place. Would stay again!

The studio is extremely clean and well equipped for longer stays. The location is very nice with proximity to several parks and well connected to rest of town. The hosts are incredibly attentive and have really thought of every detail when putting together the apartment. I Strongly recommend it to anyone thinking of spending time in Davis.

Dina was so responsive as a host, and her space was calm, quiet, private, and exactly as it looked in the pictures.

Enjoyed this comfortable place to stay in a convenient location. The bed was so comfortable! Made use of the hot tub and bikes. Florie was a very helpful host!
