Great spot near Parque del perro. Pretty central spot if you want to experience true Cali nightlife too. Safe and secure. Apartment had all the listed amenities and the hosts were flexible and accommodating. It may get noisey at night just due to the location, but this is mostly just noticeable on weekends when the nearby bars and restaurants are busy.

Book it! I was travelling solo and never felt unsafe. There are several parks, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, shops, street food vendors, dental offices, churches, stores and more just 2-3 blocks away in either direction. Dog park is a 30-minute walk away, and there's a 420-friendly coworking space nearby. As a travelling poet, I need peace and quiet to create. Despite the liveliness of the street, Ms Sandra's place didn't disappoint. I ended up extending my 1 month stay to 4 months. The accommodation is simple but comfortable; best night's sleep I've had in Colombia. The bed rocks you to sleep! It's like a private hostel room with your own kitchen and bathroom with a local atmosphere and a quaint, family-type ambience. It's a family-run business, and Ms. Sandra's daughter and son are also very helpful. Thanks again for everything! I can't wait to come back.

Everything was excellent! The location is perfect for the entire Tequendama area, university areas especially the health and sports area (National Sports School, Pan American courts, Pascual Guerrero stadium, Univalle and Unilibre San Fernando headquarters), a few blocks from the stadium, clinics and hospitals (Imbanaco, Hospital Universitario del Valle, Clínica de los colores...), Restaurants (Crepes & Waffles, KFC, Frisby, Galeria Alameda) traditional bars and nightclubs (La topa tolondra, 15 minutes from Carrera 66, etc.) It is a perfectly located place and equidistant to any main area of the city. The studio apartment is very cozy, impeccable, quiet, in a building with a lot of silence and respect for privacy. The host is very kind, respectful, attentive, collaborative, always responds quickly to any questions or needs, knows the city very well, so knows how to guide you to the required services.
