lovely place to stay,3 min walk to the beach,, plenty of towels for showers, well equipped kitchen, could do with a few more teaspoons, comfy beds .it was an added bonus that there where soon beach chairs available. I would have liked an outside light on for arrival it was difficult to see the access.also could do with the greenery cut back near the steps. we would book again

Aquavida was a great place to stay. We were in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday and to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday, the location was very convenient and my 14 yr old son loved fishing from the dock. The Condo was perfect with everything we needed. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We at at Rita’s and Coconut Joes while in town and both were excellent. Our only wish was that we had a little warmer weather so we could enjoy walking over the bridge to Folly Beach. Aquavida is a great place and we’d love to come back and stay there again!!

This is a lovely locale. The dock and marsh are beautiful. The house is nicely decorated and space really varied with 2 different upstairs wings and a bedroom on the first floor. Love the large windows and high ceiling. Samantha was responsive as we dealt with a hurricane that hit the area and quickly called the power company to do what they could with downed trees and power lines. The house itself did well with the winds and storm. We would certainly come back another time.

We had a great time at Melissa’s place! It is a unique and beautiful home. The location is excellent. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck and golf carting around the island. Just a short drive from Charleston so we were able to go into the city multiple times. A wonderful getaway. Thanks Melissa!

Minors issue but they was handle very well other then That I would stay here again host was very easy to get in contact with it was big enough made our thanksgiving the best

Wilmington island is a great location between Tybee Island and Savannah’s historical district. The house itself was lovely with a great dock and river views. There were a few problems which Donna quickly fixed such as the dock lights not working. I would highly recommend Donna and the house where we spent 4 nights. My 4 grandchildren and their parents were always occupied and enjoyed the area. Thank you for your hospitality, Barbara & Frank

Michelle’s place was amazing - exactly as described and had all the right amenities for our family vacation with two little ones. The location was perfect (right down the street from the Alley 3 with the amazing sunset view). The entire space was exactly what our family of 4 needed. Loved all the outdoor activities available, as well (bags, basketball hoop, bikes, ping pong, places to lounge). Michelle was the perfect host and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. I’d definitely recommend Michelle’s place. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Absolutely perfect. My family had a great week. Filled with plenty of beach time, but also relaxing on the porches and playing games /watching movies inside on a cloudy day. Derrick was an ideal host, easy to communicate with, helpful, and friendly. The house had everything we needed, details were not overlooked! We were able to cook most of our meals at the house and had every kitchen tool, pan, and utensil we needed. The provided beach towels were great, and we used the beach chairs and toys every day! Sunsets were breathtaking, and we enjoyed grilling multiple nights as well. We definitely want to come again!

This was such a beautiful place! It had everything we needed. Having SUPs, a ping pong table and the pool were perfect and made our stay more memorable. Being able to sit on the porch and watching the wildlife was very peaceful. We we definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

Myra's place is absolutely perfect in every way and we would definitely stay again! She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and even offered helpful suggestions. We enjoyed several meals from the screened porch which overlooked the river. We were so excited to see dolphins from the porch!! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated!! Looking forward to another visit to Folly Beach!!!

We had a fabulous stay at Grady’s condo over Thanksgiving. Location was perfect and accommodation was outstanding. We had everything we needed and more! Grady was extremely responsive and a stellar host. Would highly recommend!!

Stephanie's condo was the absolute highlight of our trip to Hilton Head! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. Stephanie was an excellent host, providing clear communication and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head!

This might be one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. It was in a great location downtown with a view of the river. It was spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. It had historic charm and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Michael was very responsive. We had some issues with the code on the entrance and he helped us reset and get into the unit. Also, there was a power-washing maintenance ongoing while we were there. It was very loud and became annoying as it went all day and lasted until 6 or 630pm both days we were there.

It was a fantastic location and it was convenient to travel to other locations.
