Lauren’s place was absolutely beautiful and unique plus sparkling clean and so comfortable. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! Out of a storybook, she has truly thought of every detail. In addition to the beautiful interior, the front porch is amazing and back yard with pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower is phenomenal! Lauren is a friendly, responsive and thoughtful host. Any need or question was responded to immediately. 10 out of 10- Highly recommend staying here! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

What a fantastic trip, we already can’t wait to return. It’s the ideal location with a very comfortable and clean setting. Great owner. We had one minor issue with the golf cart and within 10 minutes she had someone over to fix it. My 3 and 7 year old boys loved it as well as there was a lot to do around the area.

Super happy we got to stay here. This spot is in a great location to ao many great spots and was beautiful!

I booked this place to stay on my wedding weekend & it was an absolute dream. Everything was perfect, pool and hot tub was amazing, and Lisa’s communication was great!

Stayed for 2 nights and everything went great. Unit has everything you need for a short/long term stay. The location was awesome and close to a lot of things downtown. Rooms were clean and as advertised in the description. Sai was very responsive and respectful.

Missy’s Tybee Island cottage looks just like the pictures! She did an amazing job with decor and amenities. We utilized the bikes, golf cart, and hot tub while we were there. She recommended the Sundae Cafe for dinner and it did not disappoint- you HAVE to get the apple cobbler cheesecake - best cheesecake I’ve ever had! We’d definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful and has an amazing attention to detail. They really put thought into how the space would be used and made every area feel very welcoming for socializing. We watched movies indoors, ate food on the deck, hung out by the pool, roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, soaked in the hot tub and the pool, played video games and watched TV on the screened in porch. The beautiful foliage creates a very private feel, the swings were relaxing, the games were fun, and oh yeah the beach is right near by! It’s such a well thought out and inviting place to spend time with people that we almost forgot to go to the beach. Will remember this trip forever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this Airbnb! Great location near beach in cute neighborhood. Very comfortable! Michael thought of every detail you might need all the way down to the outlets for chargers on the night stand. Plush towels. Hotel quality with the amenities of your own home. Will be back!

What a great place to stay when traveling with a pup! The house was clean, well labeled and nicely decorated. The yard was perfect for our pup and he loved the treats that Molly left. The house was a peaceful retreat after long days out and about!

I recently stayed at Matthew’s charming Airbnb, and it was a wonderful experience. The outdoor showers were a lovely, quaint touch, perfect after a day at the beach. The house itself was cozy, with everything we needed and just steps from the ocean. Matthew was a great host, providing beach towels, chairs, and local recommendations. The location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing getaway. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat with thoughtful details, this is the perfect spot!

We stayed here for two weeks during our move to Beaufort with 2 kids, 2 dogs, and both of us working from home. We checked in the day before a hurricane came through -- Justin and Alyssa were quick to check in on us to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed. The home was even more spacious and open than I expected and was absolutely perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, everything was extremely well stocked -- cooking utensils, spices/oils, cleaning supplies, even dog bowls. Between the screened in porch and the fenced in yard for the dogs, we were absolutely at ease. For those who need to work, my husband and I were both on video calls all day at the same time with zero connection issues. I worked from the desk, he worked from the kitchen table. And the location.. within a 5 minute walk you're at the water, a couple more minutes and you're in downtown with some great restaurants and shops. Be warned: it might just make you want to move here, speaking from experience :)

This property was super clean and the host was easy to communicate with. We loved the location and the peaceful surroundings. Close to Historic downtown, Marine base, and beaches. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing get away I highly recommend you check out this location. WE LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY We will be returning soon

We had a great time staying at Kim and Lee’s place. The home was beautiful, well kept, fully stocked and clean! They were wonderful hosts and responsive when needed. The wonderful home made our stay in Charleston fun and relaxing! We loved how convenient the home was to beaches and downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Natalie's beachside home is a dream! We enjoyed the ocean views, and the very short walk to the beach. The beach itself was lovely and easy to navigate; no long trek through hot sand to get a spot. Natalie is a thoughtful and incredibly generous host, providing all the comforts of home for her guests. I usually have a long list of items I bring to rentals (sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, Ziploc bags, foil, body wash shampoo, soap...the list goes on and on) and none of it was necessary in this home. Plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, towels, bikes, etc. Well appointed is an understatement. Every room in this home is stocked as if family were coming to stay. Thank you Natalie for your lovely, cozy cottage, and especially for giving us everything we needed to feel like honored guests. We felt the love and appreciated it so very much! ❤️

Trey’s place was perfect for me and my Mom! It had all of the amenities we needed and was in a good safe location. I really enjoyed being close to Park Circle. We appreciated how clean the place was!

Kim’s cottage was a perfect place for us to visit Charleston, see family, and go to the Riverfront Revival concerts! It was exactly as described, immediately homey and comfortable. We will stay there on our next trip and have recommended it to our family when they visit.

Jan’s place was cozy, charming, and clean. She was very responsive and friendly. We love the N side of Tybee and Jan’s place is an excellent home base to explore that side of the island by foot, bike or golf cart!

we loved it! my fiancé is in the military and chose laura’s cottage for the weekend, the place was so beautiful and clean. just around the corner is a little town square, and she recommended the ice house for dinner and we had an amazing time! we definitely will be staying here again the next time we are in summerville!

First time staying in Savannah, so I wanted an authentic experience. My friend and I figured that the small, 2-bedroom cottage must have once been servants' quarters or a barn/stable or even a kitchen, back when homeowners came into the city from their country manors or plantations. I'm African-American, so I was really wondering how many Black people had worked in a space that I was now lounging in. It was a clean, colorful, character-filled little house with loads of charm and everything worked. The guest book clearly outlined how to treat the home (don't manhandle the bathroom barn door), and the cottage came completely stocked. Our host reliably communicated via the AirBnB app, even being so kind as to rescue our forgotten, frozen cocktails from the freezer and leave them for us to pick up on our way out of town. Great stay. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We have family that lives in the neighborhood, so this was a very convenient location to stay while visiting. But more than convenient, it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again next time!

This was a girls trip and we booked this due to proximity to the beach and space for all of us. We had a blast. The place was so clean and had so many spaces for us to hang out and catch up. It was the perfect place. It was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very friendly and responsive! We highly recommend XO Tybee!

Everything was great, but the place is rustic. It's not fancy or brand new! Nicely updated though, and the communication with the host was effortless! I loved the appliances though. Very different than what I have in my home. All that matters is they worked incredibly well! What I liked most is the privacy and a lot of airBNB's in this area are less expensive but rooms. I never want to share a bathroom! Never! Thank you for the hospitality!!!! Thinking about coming back and renting a few with some friends for a beach trip.

Glenda and Billy were wonderful hosts. We had the unfortunate experience of being there when hurricane Helene hit, and their air bnb lost power. They immediately come over to make sure we were ok, found another air bnb in the same area for us to move to and coordinated everything for us. Also, they provided many recommendations for places for us to eat, knowing we have unique dietary needs (plant based). Knowing that we were considering moving to the area, Glenda went out of her way to introduce us to many of the locals to point us in the right direction. We would definitely stay there again!
