Cottage vacation rentals in Edisto Beach

The space was beautiful and adorably decorated. We loved having access to the golf cart...our car stayed parked the entire time. Future stays, during warmer times, the kayaks and bikes would be wonderful. Watching the sunset and a fire in comfy chairs was one of our favorite things. The best thing is how responsive Missy was. She checked on us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you want a chic, comfy little get away. We're looking forward to staying at her other properties!! <3

Lauren’s place was absolutely beautiful and unique plus sparkling clean and so comfortable. One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! Out of a storybook, she has truly thought of every detail. In addition to the beautiful interior, the front porch is amazing and back yard with pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower is phenomenal! Lauren is a friendly, responsive and thoughtful host. Any need or question was responded to immediately. 10 out of 10- Highly recommend staying here! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

What a fantastic trip, we already can’t wait to return. It’s the ideal location with a very comfortable and clean setting. Great owner. We had one minor issue with the golf cart and within 10 minutes she had someone over to fix it. My 3 and 7 year old boys loved it as well as there was a lot to do around the area.

This was a great place to stay the outside and hot tub was a big plus it was a very walkable place and parking the truck was a breeze. It was the perfect spot for us and the perfect stay. Most definitely would book again. Thanks again Sai

This is our second time staying at the Salty Mermaid. We hope it is not our last! The place is perfect for the family - even the guys loved the bed swings on the front porch and the added swing near the pool! We requested the pool be heated during our stay (added reasonable cost). We love adventuring out to the beach or into Savannah and coming back to jump in to pool followed by a dip in the hot tub then chatting around the fire pit. Makes for a perfect ending to fun days! Our Thanksgivings at the Salty Mermaid aren’t the traditional turkey fest, but an outdoor grilled feast that may be becoming a new tradition! The place is set up for easy meals but Missy lists several island restaurants nearby. Working out the details with Missy was a breeze! Thank you, Missy, for our new Thanksgiving holiday tradition home away from!

Steffi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! Had everything we could need and plenty of room to stretch out after a long day of sight seeing in downtown (which is only minutes away!) Loved the neighborhood - quiet and beautiful! We saw dolphins on the Wappoo just down the street many times! We will definitely be back!

We loved our visit to Molly’s house! The house itself is in a great location, close to downtown Savannah, grocery stores and shopping, and a lovely walk by the river. Molly’s house included everything we could need and she was a lovely host. We enjoyed the screened in patio, even in Jan, and the comfy couches and beds. We had a great time on our vacation and definitely recommend Molly’s charming house!

Our second time staying at Teresa's and it was just as great this time. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Eden Wind Farm! The property is private and gorgeous. Denise and Tanya were very accommodating, relaxed, kind, and literally thought of everything to make our stay what it was. They had horseback riding class twice while we stayed-one of my son’s favorite parts of the trip! Molly, the horse he rode, is a retired competitive quarter horse that is gentle and was perfect for my son (he’s 5.) I felt confident in Molly. My son got to pet chickens, collect eggs, and fish for bass! Honestly, staying at Eden Farm was the highlight of our vacation. Thank you, Denise and Tonya!

I love this house ! I have rented twice and plan on coming back again . The location is great and it has a nice vibe and is clean and kitchen is well stocked . Tim is always easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent in Folly .

Our stay at Alyssa and Justin’s cottage was great. The house is exactly as shown and as others have mentioned, it was fully stocked with so many amenities and great for cooking. Our plans changed to include an extra dog and then use of the state park pass and they were very responsive and to these requests within the hour. The sheets were clean and soft and the house is very close to the harbor and Main Street of historic Beaufort. Our group of four adults and 2 dogs had a great stay!

Matthew's place is a close walk to the beach and many restaurants. It has a very comfy bed, great shower and cable tv with lots of channels. The backyard is fenced in for your pup and room for them to be off leash.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The house is comfortable and it is nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The Chad was exceptional as a host and very responsive. We would certainly stay here again.

Pam was a wonderful host,-great communication! Was comfortable place with beautiful ocean views! Clean place and nice touches for Disney Polynesian decor —- We really liked exploring around Fripp Island with golf cart , beautiful island!!

Great location. Close to the beach.

Had a great stay at Tara’s place. Everything was as described and close to the beach and the main Street. We rented a golf cart but returned it after one day became there was zero need for it due to how close we were to everything. We realized while cruising the island in it that others needed the golf cart to get close to where we were staying.

I stayed here with my two sisters for a weekend getaway and we absolutely loved it! The location is great for Tybee - a couple minutes walk from the beach and the pier. The beach wagon and tent were amazingly convenient and so easy to use! Also appreciated having the beach chairs and cooler available for us. Interior decor is charming and beachy, and both beds were comfortable. Parking was also a breeze. The host was EXTREMELY thorough and detailed in her communications about how the door lock worked, how to put up the beach tent, where to park, etc. Overall just had a really great stay, and I hope I can go back soon!

Brad and Angela were great to deal with! Due to an unexpected respiratory issue our trip was cut super short. The house is great! It embodies what Charleston and the low country is all about! My wife and I will of course be planning a visit to Charleston in the near future and will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It is quaint, quiet and secluded. Do not hesitate to stay!

Thomas was an outstanding host. He clearly and consistently communicated with me before during and after my stay. Would highly recommend him as a host and this location specifically!

We had a great time in the Hilton head area. We had a problem with the internet but Caroline took care of it. My husband rented a kayak and enjoyed fishing the May River. So peaceful Just what we needed. Thank you Caroline.
