Inge was very accessible and friendly, and doesn't hesitate to help out if needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and similar to the photos provided. I didn't have any problem for my 3 months long stay.

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. Everything went great! A modern apartment that is very nicely decorated and where nothing is missing. You don't immediately feel comfortable. Corinna is really nice, easy to reach by phone and she responds to messages within a very short time I can only say positive things and would be happy to recommend this apartment.

Perfect getaway – the indoor pool is a dream! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 From start to finish, this stay was amazing. The appartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity one could hope for. But the true highlight was the indoor pool. It was pristine and very comfortably heated. It is such a unique luxury to enjoy swimming in total privacy, no matter the weather. Alexander is super friendly and accommodating, welcoming and responsive, with clear instructions and thoughtful touches -from extra towels to the super sofa, everything is chosen with comfort in mind. The space was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a weekend getaway or even a longer stay. Swimming under the skylights or a cozy movie night after a dip - or even in the pool - all is possible. And there are also beautiful walks nearby - if you can drag yourself away ;-) Thank you Alexander for making your appartment and pool available and this stay so special. See you soon again! :-)

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

Egle was very polite, proactive and always available to answer the queries. The apartment location was a plus point. Tram line just outside the apartment. The place was tidy and clean as mentioned in the photos and as per description. Kitchen is benifit for travellers. Shops are at walkable distance. Egle was very helpfull. Very nice apartment - modern, simple, stylish - in a quiet location. Nevertheless, there is something to do in the area (Heidelberg, Speyer, nature for hiking). Perfect for a cozy New Year's Eve with friends.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A really very nice apartment where you felt right at home at first! It smelled so nice and clean that you loved staying there! Everything was tip top clean! Plenty of towels were also provided and the kitchen fully equipped! If it were to get close again, I would always come back! Thank you Sven, also for the excursion tips! We visited two cafes on recommendation and it was really just fantastic!

Check-in was very straightforward. We were there with two adults and a 6 year old child. The apartment is very spacious and ideal for parents with children. There is something for everyone: toys for children and a very nice wellness area. The host family Achenbach is very friendly and available at any time if you need anything or have questions.
