Sarah’s home was serene, clean, and the level of hospitality and warmth she brought made my stay feel the way home ought to feel! The sun shine, sense of peace, the incredible location and positive energy are a boon for anyone looking for someplace happy and positive to call their sanctuary. From the lush backyard to the incredible wildlife that gathers morning and night I can’t give this place enough* credit. Definitely recommend it if you’re in LA!

My wife and I stayed at Debbie’s for two months and will definitely recommend it! Debbie is super responsive and let us do a late check out. At the beginning of our stay, the internet connection wasn’t really good and she found a solution really fast. We work remotely, so this was super helpful. It’s a good long stay place to work remotely with two tables and comfortable chairs. The house is just a few minutes walk from Echo Park lake, restaurants, coffeehouses and super markets. The location is perfect if you like to walk around. The house has a parking slot, but we did not use it. The AC runs perfectly, however there are some dust balls falling over again and again, that you will need to clean up. Debbie offered a complimentary one time house cleaning service after the 1st month, and you can arrange this cleaning service for a fee if needed. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is full equipped. The toilet is a little bit old with the plastic protection falling off.

Russell was very responsive and friendly during my stay. The unit was in impeccable condition and well appointed. It’s on a very quiet and peaceful street at the top of the hill on one side of the reservoir, with the reservoir, cafes and restaurants with easy walking distance and groceries, laundry, etc. within a short drive. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

We had a great stay! It was lovely to have such a spacious, well-stocked, and homey place that is its own apartment/home. I appreciate how there were plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, storage space, etc. to make it so practical and easy for living in as a long-term stay. The central air, dishwasher, and washer/dryer were incredibly helpful. The dedicated and gated parking was great to ensure I always had a place to park and to feel extra safe when leaving the car for longer periods. It was tricky when coming/going in the car because their cat would often be walking on the parking pad if not sleeping under my car, which I'd only know because my dog would react to it and it was hard to adjust/know what to do to keep it safe when needing to leave. The cat spent a lot of time in the yard, often directly outside our windows and doors, which would've been helpful to know in advance as my pup hadn't met a cat before and was very scared of it because it was always around.
